• Tsz Hing (9/5): - The apartment is big and cozy. Well equipped. The location is perfect. You can walk to the old town in 20min. Also close to metro station and tram system. Quite many good restaurants and cafe nearby.

• Francine (9/5): - Appartamento grande e accogliente vicino al centro di Praga e alla metro linea verde, fermata più vicina Namesti Miru. Dall’aeroporto prendere il bus 59 di fronte agli arrivi, poi la metro. Completo di tutto, letti comodi ma con cuscini troppo bassi, c’erano pure le pastiglie per la lavastoviglie e per la lavatrice. Molto pulito. Host molto attento al cliente. Non mi è piaciuto dover ritirare le chiavi in un posto a 15 minuti di distanza a piedi, inoltre con qualche accorgimento già comunicato privatamente, potrebbe essere un 10. Bravi!
• Loseway (8/5): Easy check-in, pleasant staying, nice neighborhood - key collection process is clearly instructed, with a real person and a reception desk. The apartment is located near namesti miru, a very good neighborhood and convenient place that connects tram and metro. The rooms are clean and the kitchen is nice. We had a good time staying. The washing machine is really small, fits only 6kg, making it harder for a bigger family. There is no heat drying machine. There is only one toilet. There's a bar nearby so opening the window makes it noisy.

• Dariusz (9/5): Superb - Very nice apartment in a good location – close to the city center and public transport. The interior was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Big plus for the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything needed. The only downside was that the bathroom didn’t have a toilet – it was located in a separate room.

• Minh (9/5): A Very Comfortble Apartment - The apartment was very comfortable and in a good location. Just a few minutes walk to Wenceles Square where the main shopping street is, leading into the Old Town of Prague. Please note it does not have a living room but we knew this before making a reservation via booking.com. The beds have very good mattresses and larger than a standard king size. Although we didn't use the kitchen to cook anything, it is however fully equipped with everything you need if you sometimes would like to cook. The apartment was on the ground floor. There's a small pub directly opposite the apartment and a good Czech restaurant right next to it. Surprisingly though, there weren't much noise coming from both. We stayed here for 3 nights, and did not have any problems with noise after 10pm. Kate from the agency who manages the apartment was very quick responding a couple of quieries I had. On arrival at Prague airport, we requested the agency to arrange a taxi transfer from the airport to the apartment. The driver came with the keys to the apartment. If you choose to collect the keys yourself, you will need to go to the agency to collect them, then walk a few minutes to the apartment. The apartment is very secured and it was in a safe location. When leaving the apartment at the end of our stay, we left the keys on the table of the apartment as instructed. Because we had plenty of time to get to the airport, we chose to use the public transport. It was supper easy and cheap. Taking the metro from Muzeum, then a 119 bus to the airport took under an hour and costed under €2 per person. We enjoyed our stay at the Central 2 BDR flat behind the Museum. This is a very minor issue. Although there were TVs in both bedrooms, one does not work at all! It appeared there was no aerial or a digital cable connected to it, and the other TV only had 3 music channels. We were there to see beautiful Prague and were mostly out anyway so this was not a problem for us. But it would have been good to have working tvs to follow world news OR for familes who travel with children.
