• Isuru (2/5): Extremely disappointed and no value for money. we do not recommend this apartment to anyone. - Location of the apartment is convenient. However, we do not think it is a good value for money as there are many other places with all facilities which this apartment did not have at the same price point. Firstly, we informed the host about the issues that we had in the apartment. The issues are listed below. The host promised to send a handy man to fix these issues, but he did not do anything until the end of our stay. 1. Shower drain in the main bathroom is blocked and water gets pooled in the shower cubical when using the shower. Can easily flood the apartment and hence we stopped using that shower during our stay. 2. The dish washer was not working. 3. Some power points in the kitchen bench are not working. 4. Live electrical wirings were left in the kitchen joinery without any protection (Very dangerous as a kid can easily get electrocuted). 5. Only one Air Conditioner is available in the living area for the whole apartment. No A/C s in the bed rooms. There are two ceiling fans in the bedrooms and one of them are also not working. We informed the host and ask to fix it, but nothing happened. The rooms get very hot during summer day and we stayed away from the apartment during the day time due to this issue. extremely disappointing. 6. No toilet exhaust fan in the Ensuite. There is not any exhaust fan provided to the ensuite and very poor ventilation in the room. 7. Broken towel rail in the ensuite. Towel rail is broken and it comes off if the towels are hung off it. 8. Bathroom basin drains are also clogged in the ensuite and it takes ages to drain water from the sink bowl. 9. The basement car parkin spot is very small and it does not fit a larger vehicle (7 seater). 10. Headroom in the basement car park is very low and could easily damage the boot lid of a SUV. Overall quality of the apartment is extremely disappointing and we do not recommend this apartment for anyone elase. It is a total scam and the rating given for this apartment in the Booking website is incorrect. It is no way near fabulous condition.
