• Laurie (1/5): Please do not book ! - Please do not book The host cancelled our booking at 11:15pm the night before our stay claiming the toilet was blocked by the previous guest, despite me trying to communicate with him all day, he read my messages and ignored me. Abbsolutely unacceptable! The previous guest checked out 12 hours before he contacted me and he wanted me to cancel the booking from my end, so that my room cost would have become non -refundable. If you book, pay and he asks you to cancel, DO NOT DO THIS, contact booking.com helpline. Host should not be allowed on bookings.com. He didn't care we were losing our travel and attraction tickets passes. Booking.com not very helpful at all. Very unprofessional, terrible businessman!
• Lakisha (1/5): Nightmare!! Not booking.com worthy - Don’t book this accommodation. It’s very unhygienic. And contact with the host is difficult. There was a lot of broken furniture and the location felt unsafe. Even my Uber driver asked if this was truly the place I was staying at. I did not stay there and booked a hotel. Unfortunately I can only upload 4 pictures, but I have way more pictures of how dirty it is.
• André (1/5): Muito desiludido com o alojamento. Não havia condições de higiene para permanecer. - As fotos no booking, do apartamento, não correspondem à realidade. O apartamento estava muito degradado e muito sujo. Muito pó acumulado, cabelos na cama e manchas de humidade e lixo na casa de banho. O dono disse nos no próprio dia que o apartamento não estava en condições, que teria de fazer obras, e pediu nos para cancelar. Logo depois deu nos uma alternativa de ficar uma noite noutro alojamento e voltar para o mesmo no dia a seguir, uma vez que iria conseguir resolver o alojamento em 1 dia. Tal não se verificou. Nem as nossas roupas ou mochila conseguiamos arrumar, pois sujavam se todas com o pó e sujidade que tinha o apartamento. Tivemos que alugar um outro alojamento, pois tínhamos elementos com doença alérgicas e para conseguir manter as nossas reservas de museus e locais a visitar sem perder a totalidade das férias. O dono do alojamento ainda foi inconveniente, chegando mesmo a acusar me que estava a chantagea lo, sem fundamento nenhum, uma vez que temos fotos comprovativas de toda a situação. Pedimos a devolução de 2 noites que não usamos mas não tivemos resposta favorável do dono.
• Lorraine (1/5): DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPRTY ! Booking.con have done nothing to help us so not book with them - DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY ! Disgusting and unsafe - not fit to sta in. No communication from host and booking.com have been appalling and done nothing to help us - terrible customer service. Cannot believe this property still on here.

• Toy (10/5): Exceptional - Many beds, clean, modern , many plates , wine cups, and Cutleries. The apartment is very central, close to the train or tube station. Inside was warm, and we had everything we needed. The host was accommodating. Also, the mattresses are comfortable. We had a good sleep. None
