• Wojciech (9/5): - Mieszkanie bardzo przestronne i przytulne. Zameldowanie bezproblemowe, kod do zamka uzyskany wcześniej. Wszystko co potrzebne można było znaleźć w mieszkaniu. Jak ktoś lubi wypakować swoje walizki - przydałaby się szafa.

• Jodie (10/5): Highly recommend staying at The Belvedere Flats - A very comfortable stay for our family over Christmas. Kitchen facilities allowed us to cook Christmas dinner. The showers were hot and the beds were so comfortable. Our host was always in contact to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Apartment close to main street where the little shops were located. Great french pattiserie across the road. Walking distance to all sites we wanted to see.

• K (10/5): Lovely spacious flat - The flat was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Really liked the open concept as it allowed the family to interact while making meals. There were no real dislikes. The only thing that would count as a surprise was the skylights in the third bedroom. We arrived in the dark, so it wasn't until bright and early the next morning that we were aware of them. 🙂

• Marion (9/5): - Clean. Even though the skylight shade was fully closed light still came in. I was not aware we had to use a flight of stairs to get there, and we had one elderly person who had difficulty with this. I'm not sure if this was stated in the ad.

• Laurie (10/5): Great place, location and value! - Location is amazing - just steps away from restaurants, pubs, the water, entertainment, etc. All the “little details” were an extra bonus that you rarely see. Containers of dental floss picks, makeup remover pads, q-tips, tampons in the bathroom, the laundry facilities with detergent pods, k-cups provided, etc. Nothing not to like! It’s a lovely space! Highly recommend! The off-site parking (pay per use) for more than the first vehicle is a smidge inconvenient - but it’s literally less than a block away. And downloading the Hotspot app was easy to do and navigate.

• Gary (10/5): A pleasant surprise. - The layout. The size of the apartment was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked and all the appliances seemed new. If I had more people with me I believe another bathroom would be nice. Also the place to park at the back was was quite bumpy and would be nicer if it was paved.
• Norman (9/5): Superb - What I like is that you get a whole luxury apartment for the price of a little hotel room. I'm not sure why people book hotels when they can get this for the same price! What I didn't like was actually my own fault, really. I wasn't aware that the taxes and fees for a short term rental are much higher than for a hotel room. It states the amount plainly on the website but I didn't read it, I just assumed it was similar to hotels. But I must say - even with the higher taxes and fees, what you get is still amazing value. There was nothing else negative I could say about this rental. It was great!
• Pamela (9/5): Very pleasant surprise - Awesome suite, everything you need at your fingertips. All amenities, including tampons, body soap, shampoo and conditioner, and the list goes on. Would definitely stay here again. Telling all my family and friends about my excellent find. Unfortunately, I could not hook up wifi for the fitst day as the network name and password were not the correct information. Rectified very quickly the next day.
• Stephanie (10/5): Exceptional - Centrally located, clean and well equipped. We were only there for one night but I could see it being a great option for a longer stay. We had an issue with the wifi when we arrived but were able to troubleshoot a solution with the owner.

Spacious and bright with very nice pieces of furniture. Well equipped kitchen. The only tricky thing is the parking spot, but it is also ease to resolve. Everything was fine.

• Karen (7/5): Good location, clean, new and spacious. However, for 1 night, $150 for cleaners made it too expensiv - It was commodious for our group and exceptionally clean and modern. The beds and linens were lovely and fresh. There are no closets to hang any clothes. I think there were a couple of hooks in one bedroom. While there was coffee and a coffee maker, there was no sugar or milk in any form. I also had to remind Ribhu to send the door code which he neglected to do originally.
• Lauren (8/5): Beautiful ,back street property - The building is well maintained and the inside of the property was beautifully decorated. Great space and very comfortable. The outside of the property does not match the inside overgrown weeds and pot holes. The parking space could do with being resurfaced . If your technology savvy you’ll be fine on entering the property , however we got a little thrown off by the lock box on the stairs. Host was great though and very helpful to guide us in the right direction.

The flat set up was very neat and hospitable with excellent bedding and extra fresh linen along with a well stocked clean kitchen and bathroom- addressed every need to make the stay very comfortable. Excellent effort put in to make it feel like a home away from home! Prompt response and service. Thx! We stayed on the weekend so there was a bit of noise from across the street late into night in the front room.. but thankfully beds comfy so slept well and could sleep into the quiet morning as well ..so worked out fine for us.

The area is seedy at night, since I was alone, I did not feel comfortable to walk around at night, but during the day it was great.

Definitely will stay again. - Location was great, ideal for the activities we had planned, only 30 min away from Sandbanks. The apartment was high end, very clean, lots of space, and had all the amenities we could have needed. Even the smallest details were well thought out. I didn’t get a chance to take photos. But the listing/photos are very accurate. Not much we didn’t like about the space, the 3rd bedroom has 2 skylights and can be a little too bright in the morning.

• Laura (10/5): This is a great place to stay, nice and clean and very convenient - the unit was exceptionally clean and in a great location. We were very impressed and will book again should we ever need to. it was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. We booked this as we were staying one night to go to a concert which was literally a minutes' walk. Could not have asked for a better stay. there is nothing that we can say that we didn't like.

• Compagno (9/5): Cutest spot in the heart of Belleville! - Cutest aesthetic and perfect for a bachelorette! We stayed here as an alternative to the pricey Airbnb's/hotels in PEC. Parking was easy to find with the instructions given and host was so responsive. Everything was new and spotless. Very comfy mattresses and bedding. Keurig coffee provided was a bonus! No blinds on the front windows.

Linens were high end. Host thought of everything and was very responsive and considerate. We picked downtown Belleville thinking it would be alive at night and that you could walk around , but it was quiet. Nothing really to do.

• Erika (9/5): The apartment is expertly designed, well outfitted and nicely decorated. - Location downtown was great for walking and the town is working hard to revitalize the core. Unfortunately there are a lot of homeless in the area but police presence was visible and we always felt safe. The shower curtain liner was torn when we arrived and th we bathroom door didn’t close properly. The floor could have been cleaner but was ok.

• Beardo (10/5): Exceptionally clean and better than presented. - Very clean. Good communication. Newly renovated. Conveniently located in downtown area close to restaurants and historic buildings. Exactly or better than pictured. Lots of towels, clean linens, blindfolds at night stand to use and keep, very clean and tidy space (no clutter). I would highly recommend any able bodied person to stay here (stairs to entrance). Would have liked to have a floor mat in the bathroom. Linens had an odor of detergent, we use scent free so not used to this. The flight of stairs could be an issue for persons with mobility issues.
• Norair (10/5): Exceptional - My wife and I had a getaway vacation in Prince Edward County and we found this apartment to spend a night before venturing out to the parks. The apartment is newly renovated, mint condition, very well stocked kitchen. The beds are nice and comfortable. We loved the interior design, exposed brick wall, high ceilings! Highly recommended, and we are thinking of returning with kids so we get to use all the bedrooms now :)
• Qian (10/5): Enjoyable and cozy at the best of town life. - The apartment is exactly as showed on pics. Very new facilities. It’s not only a place to stay but a lifestyle for you to experience. The owner is very quick at responding to your questions. They provide more value than a hotel stay. You can cook and wash your clothes. All kitchenware is ready to use, which is great for a family like us. They even have q-tips and makeup removal pads in the bathroom. Walking distance to restaurants in town. I would recommend it. Slight smell of newly renovated house, but I think it will go away by itself soon.
