• Christopher (7/5): Shepparton Central Apartment - Ground floor was well appointed, large bathrooms, self checkin was easy Car park was taken and had to park on the street. Stairs to the upper level steep and no rail to assist. Street noise was loud all night. The bedroom closest to the road had no bedside light.
• Manuel (1/5): Bad - Place needs maintenance and attention to cleanliness. We were supposed to stay at apartment 13 then on the day we were advised to stat at the apartment 4. Some places have dust that hasn't been cleaned for months or even years. I have stayed at way older places but cleanliness and maintenance was very well maintained. Kids were to afraid to use their bathroom ensuite as the door handle was not working as they thought they would get stuck inside. Lot of small maintenance jobs to do,downstairs bathroom door handle also not working well,bathroom upstairs light kept switching off and on on its own. And not having bed side lamps was inconvenient. Bedroom top shelves in built robe was dusty. Under the beds also dusty,cleaning person needs way more time to deep clean or a company to do a deep clean.
• Angela (7/5): It was good for what we needed - Location was good There was a few cosmetic things that needed attention - Front door sticks at the bottom, Curtains in Main room cord broken and the TV Upstairs cord didn't reach the power plug?
• Emma (10/5): The stay is awesome just not the spiders& cobwebs 😄. - I like the set up of rooms and lounge at the ground floor and kitchen. Only my complain is the cobwebs and spiders. Which mainly kids did not like at all.
