• Dejan Čabarkapa (5/5): Apartman je prihvatljiv samo za spavanje - Apartman je blizu metro stanice i tržnog centra. Parking je u okviru dvorišta sa rampom i besplatan je. Apartmanu je potrebno renoviranje i veliko čišćenje. Kuhinja je baš prljava i slabo opremljena. Nema sapuna i deterdženta. Nema domaćina nego komunicirate isključivo putem WhatsApp sa predstavnikom agencije koja izdaje apartman. Nema komarnike i ne mogu da se podignu roletne u dnevnoj sobi.
• Uwe (7/5): Man sollte bei dieser Wohnung keine allzu hohen Ansprüche haben. - Grundsätzlich sollte man sich überlegen wo die Wohnung liegt. In einem Vorort von Mailand mit größeren Wohneinheiten die nicht mehr die Neuesten sind. Anhand der Fotos kann man davon ausgehen, das die Möbel nicht mehr die Neuesten sind und die Wohnung daher eher zweckmäßig ist als das man sich dort wirklich wohlfühlt. Was sehr gut geklappt hat war die Schlüsselübergabe mit genauen Angaben über WhatsApp wo der Schlüssel zu finden ist, die Nummer der Schlüsselbox, wo die Fernbedienung der Schranke zu finden ist und wo man kostenfrei parken kann. Das in kurzer Entfernung liegende Einkaufszentrum Bonola ist ein typisches italienisches Vorstadtzentrum mit einem top ausgestatteten Coop, aber ansonsten nicht der Rede wert. Auch die Metrostation Bonola befindet sich unweit des Einkaufszentrums und bringt einen in ca. 30 Minuten bis ins Zentrum direkt zum Dom. Das sind quasi auch die einzigen tatsächlichen Vorteile der Lage. Entgegen der Beschreibung handelt es sich nicht! um eine Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem weiteren Zimmer. Das Wohnzimmer dient gleichzeitig als Schlafraum mit einer Schlafcouch und einem weiteren Einzelbett. Es handelt sich bei dieser Wohnung also um eine Zwei-Zimmer Wohnung mit Küche und Bad. Was er blanke Hohn ist, ist die Aussage über eine vollständig eingerichtete Küche. Wir waren schon in einigen Unterkünften, aber so eine schlechte Küchenausstattung hatten wir selten. Keine Suppenteller, keine großen Löffel, keine Schere, keine richtigen Küchenmesser (nur zwei Brotmesser), die Kaffeemaschine ist eine für Kapseln oder Pads (nicht getestet), kein Wasserkocher, keine Kanne, nur zwei große Töpfe, eine kleine und eine mittlere Pfanne.

• Karin (6/5): Pleasant - The free private parking is a big plus. Also the buildings and surroundings are clean and well taken care of, the area seems safe. Small shopping mall with supermarket across the street. With metro to the centre only about 25 mins. Rooms/bathroom/sheets/towels were clean. Self check in was easy. The kitchen was really badly equipped and partially not clean. Also the blinds were hard to open, for example in the living room couldn't be opened properly at all. Fixing those few things and equipping the kitchen properly would make a real difference. Add some nice decoration and the appartment could be 9 star!
