• Alistair (8/5): Great stay for our daughter's wedding. - Ideal location for us in Walthamstow. We were able to walk to most places we needed to. Good quiet little spot. We could have done with knowing about parking restrictions in the area in advance.

The host can only be described as an angel in human form!!!! Him and his family are super extraordinary people!!! He was more than happy to assist us and make our stay memorable. • Justine (10/5): - Bonjour propriétaire très à l'écoute. Il nous a répondu chaque jour rapidement via Booking. Il nous a avancé le parking chaque jour puis nous l'avons remboursé le dernier jour. Juste à côté du bus pour se rendre au métro pour accéder à toute la ville. Nous avons bien profité Le seul bémol est que pour 4 personnes il n'y a pas de grande table à manger c'est une petite table de 1 personne. Mais on a réussi à s'adapter pour une semaine avec deux adultes et deux enfants

• Jacopo (8/5): The place is really nice, the property not really. - The place is tiny but really cute and functional Everything was perfect until the check out, when almost 1 hour in advance, they started texting me, knocking at the door asking me to leave that someone else was coming. Saying that I was late even without check before the time that THEY decided for the check in. They put on my so much pressure in that hour (after knocking at the door, they went on sending me messages and calling me even without realising I left already in that moment) that I forgot several of my stuff trying to be fast.

• Abdalla (10/5): - This flat was perfect for our family of 3 adults and a child. the flat easily fit our group. It was clean and well-maintained. The owner was exceptionally nice and proactive, ensuring we had no issues during our stay. A truly hassle-free experience. Highly recommended! Parking........ but The owner is a true super host. He even helped me to avoid parking fees by offering a brilliant alternative solution. This went far beyond our expectations and showed a real commitment to guest satisfaction.

• Darcie (8/5): Comfy, great for small friendship groups, would recommend. - It was great for us for sleeping and chilling, the fan was very needed as it the weather was so hot so it was really nice! There wasn't anything that we didn't like. It was comfy and we had a lot of fun as it was cozy, maybe a little outside of getting to places just a tad we had to uber most places but very comfy!

• Brenda (9/5): Clean, comfortable, compact, cosy flat. - The flat was very clean and had been newly remodeled. It was light and we appreciated the cross ventilation in the London heat. It was a a good location for transport and amenities. The washing machine is extremely loud but we put it on when we went out and a good amenity.

• Inga (8/5): Ok - The apartment was clean and in a good location, but there were a couple of downsides. The sofa bed really wasn’t comfortable for sleeping—it might be okay for sitting, but definitely not for a proper night’s rest. Also, the TV in the bedroom was positioned at such an awkward angle that it was basically unwatchable from the bed. The shower pressure was dissapointigly weak, which made it hard to enjoy a proper shower after all day walking. With a few adjustments, this place could be much more comfortable.

• Noor (10/5): Exceptional - It's really cozy, really clean, got electric converters for chargers, fully equipped, good wifi, 24/7 checkin since it is self checkin and a polite and responsive host. Nothing.
• Pearl (9/5): Superb - There were electric fires provided that did not keep the property as warm as if the central heating was used in stead...this particular weekend was really cold. Otherwise, no complaints. The fact that the electric fire provided did not keep the property as warm as if the central heating was being used... There were radiators in the property. Otherwise it was a good stay.

• Alen (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly and helpful owner, helped us with all neccesary information regarding transport, nearby stores, opening times, etc. We asked for european telephone charger adaptets and he complied immediatly and they waited for us at the house. All was good.
• Lucy (8/5): Very good - The owner was lovely and made us feel very welcome and even helped us out with the parking situation outside. I didn't meet the gentleman but I believe my friend did and he was very polite and friendly too. Overall it was very good night clean and a lovely little place 🙂. Thank you for looking after us and we had a lovely time there. Also the ensuite bathroom was lovely and it's very useful having 2 toilets there The only comment I would make was just the downstairs toilet door couldn't really be shut so I had a bit of a suprise when I walked downstairs and my friend was on the loo 🤭🙈😂. I also did twist my ankle when I stepped through the gate, I'm not sure if they have a light outside but I couldn't really see what I was doing and since badly spraining it a few months ago I was just very concerned it may set me back but moving forward I just shined my light on the floor and I was then very aware of it moving forward. I am rather clumsy too in all fairness but thought it was worth mentioning.
• Jennifer (10/5): Perfect cosy stay. great newly refurbished apartment - perfect cosy one bedroom apartment. ideal for exactly what we was looking for. the value for money was excellent also for a last minute booking. newly refurbished. everything looks as photographed. excellent the flat advertises as having a sofa bed, but it's actually a futon mattress stored away. my cousin preferred to stay on the actual sofa instead of the rolled up mattress. it was my cousin's preference so maybe someone else will enjoy the futon instead.
• Davide (7/5): Good - The place is, indeed, cosy and cute. Forniture and appliances are brand new and we had a small "starting kit" for the first breakfast. The owners are very nice people and they have been very helpful in sorting out a problem due to a misunderstanding on the accomodation. The surrounding area is very quiet and well connected to the city center (it takes about 40 minutes by bus - the closest metro is just two stops away in Blackhorse Road). As it is, definetely not for more than two people. It is simply perfect for a couple, but the sofa downstairs is just... a sofa and it is not suitable to be used as a bed to accomodate somebody else (my advice: change it with a sofa-bed and you'll be able to host three-four persons at ease). All in all, I would recommend it for a short staying in London.

• Dagur (9/5): Superb - The place is recently renovated and is in great condition. For staying in Walthamstow (which is a great area) you can't do much better than this. The upstairs bedroom is a bit small and can feel a little bit crammed. The bed however is great and the room didn't get stuffy like I was afraid of.
