- Момчил Танев (10/5): Everything needed for a short or long stay at great value! - Great and clear reception of the host. Clean and comfortable accomodation with everything you need. Perfect location with main metro line couple of minutes from the apartment. Great restaurant nearby for first day dining.

The host arranged for a check in at 1800 without payment. The apartment is well sized however needs some effort to make it look warmer rather than bland white walls. Although on face value it looked clean, the placed is in need of a deep cleaning such as kitchen extraction hob, vents, fan full of old dust and fluff.
A keybox should be installed as check-in after 1700 is liable to a fee and 1700 is quite early.

- Adrian (3/5): Flat itself had many good points, but stay let down by incorrect/missing detail in the instructions - The flat itself is ok, and the location is great with easy underground access on Piccadilly Line into central London.
Far-reaching views from the property (on 6th floor)
Bed was very comfortable.
Good TV with Amazon Firestick & internet.
The owner was responsive when we needed to contact him. The flat is superficially clean, but parts really need a deep clean / refresh, particularly, but not limited to, the bathroom. It also suffered from a constant drone from the buildings utility riser which is just outside the flat door.
Directions were poor and confusing - the block the flat is in is off a side road on Woodberry Grove, which was not mentioned, so it was difficult to find. The instructions provided a phone number for Chrissy to provide ETA and to arrange to meet to collect the keys - we called many times during our journey to the property but always voicemail and no call back, so became increasingly stressful. Eventually we used a different number to contact the owner, who gave us another number for Chrissy, but were not able to get through on that either. We eventually met Chrissy at the entrance to the block - she told us the phone number on the property listing is her second phone, and she did not have it with her that day, so it needs clarifying and the correct information providing in the listing. Note - we had also not noticed on the listing that if arriving after 5pm there would be an additional £50 charge to collect the keys - when looking back it is mentioned, but it could be made more prominent.
Information on the instructions re parking is out of date - the permit no. given has expired, so was not 100% clear what should be displayed in the car (if anything) to avoid a penatly.
On return home we received a £160 PCN - to get to the property you have to go along Woodberry Grove, through an area that is Pedestrian/Permit only between 3 and 4pm (which given the 5 o'clock deadline is likely to be a common arrival time). My fault not to notice the signs until I was going through them, but was partly due with the challenge of finding the property. Communicated with the owner re this, and he is aware of the restriction - this should have been made prominently available IN LARGE FONT in the arrival instructions.

- Péter (9/5): Kellemes apartman remek helyen - Remek elhelyezkedésű apartman kb 4 perc sétára a metrótól és 10-15 perc sétára a vasútállomástól. Kellemes csendes környéken található a közelben többféle bevásárlási lehetőséggel. A szállás kényelmes volt egy 4 fős család részére. A konyha felszereltségén még lehetne javítani, de így is minden rendben volt. Az ágyneműk közül volt amit nem skerült teljesen kitisztítani. A törölközők nem voltak bekészítve csak később kaptuk meg őket.

- Hunt (8/5): Very good - The host/Gatekeeper was lovely. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The area was decent and with excellent public transport access. We we're never more than 30 minutes away from Central London Unfortunately, the lock on the main apartment door was hard to open and close. On one night, we had to get a resident to help us open the door, he tried and had no luck. Fortunately it worked after a while, but we were stuck outside for around 15 minutes
- Md (9/5): Excellent Stay in a Modern Apartment with Great Amenities! - I had a fantastic stay at this modern apartment! The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a bidet in the toilet, which was a great convenience. The location was excellent—very close to the Tube, making it easy to get around. Shops and supermarkets were just a short walk away, and red bus stations were everywhere, providing great public transport options.
The owner was also very accommodating and even offered an extension, which made my stay even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay! Nothing

- Jonathan (8/5): Satisfied. - This property enjoys an ideal location for those traveling to Central London, with convenient access to the Underground, providing direct connections to Heathrow Airport. The caretaker was welcoming upon arrival, and the premises were impeccably clean and inviting. Given the thin flooring, I advise against bringing young children, as their activity may disturb downstairs neighbors.
- Róbert (8/5): One of the best places in terms of value for money, nice location and good public transport options. - In terms of public transport, it has an excellent location, with children we were at the tube in less than 10 minutes.
There are many shops in the area and you can find some fast-food places too for emergencies ;)
The accommodation was very well equipped, in the kitchen we found everything we needed for cooking. The washing machine was a huge plus!
The view was great and the neighbours were quiet - unfortunately I think our kids were a bit too loud sometimes :)
The beds were very comfortable, quite big and didn't creak(!).
Last but not least, there are a LOT of squirrels in the parks nearby, the girls loved them. The bar stools and the narrow counter in the kitchen were very uncomfortable for us - an average table with a couple of chairs would be a lot more practical in my opinion.
Next to the entrance there was no place to hang our clothes (coats, sweaters, etc.) and pack our shoes. It would have been more convenient if there was some type of closet or hanger.
There were a few things in the bathroom that looked worn, i.e. rusty shelves, a loose towel dryer and the bathroom cabinet was also a bit worn in some places. Overall the bathroom could use a do-over I think.
There is no carpet in the apartment, if I had known this in advance, I would have brought some slippers :)

- Charles (9/5): Everything exactly as presented on Booking.com - The location was excellent, very quiet, and we felt safe walking to the facility even at night. Just about 7 minutes walk from the apartment takes you to a train station, bus stops, and many grocery stores. The caretaker called Christy was very responsive and helpful. The check-in time was 3-5 p.m., but we arrived at 9.00pm on the first day owing to ongoing repairs on the train track from Heathrow, the Caretaker still waited for us with a welcoming smile and the keys on hand. She also helped direct us to where to get something to eat that night. Anytime we called or sent a message, a response came within minutes. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Nothing, really.

- Cezara (5/5): repellent cleanliness - The location of apartment was the best, very close to the subway station and in 30 min using Piccadilly line we got to the centre of the city. The host provided coffee, sugar, and other basic bits that are needed for daily usage. The cleanliness needs improving, we have found mould, rust, dust not wiped properly, and the worst was the huge web spider on the top of the kitchen counters. Also, the TV had no broadband, nor Netflix connected, therefore the stay inside the apartment was not exciting, definitely will not use the word from the title "Luxury" to describe it.

At check-in, we had to wait a long time for Chris to appear, but as she said, she had work to do.
We were satisfied with the apartment, quiet area, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped. The address on Booking is 3 Woodberry Grove, but the property is actually at 22 Katherine Close. This can be important in the case of a taxi or transfer, as well as on the first visit. If there weren't photos of the accommodation on Booking, we wouldn't have found it. There is a school next to the accommodation, so there are many children walking in the surrounding streets in the morning and afternoon. The kitchen chairs were creaky and uncomfortable. We really missed the bedside lamp in the bedrooms. The heating operates approx. between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m., so expect that the first night in the heating season will be cold.

- Pamela (9/5): Fantastic stay in a lovely flat - highly recommended - The flat was on the top floor, spacious, and with a lovely open view across North East London. Big rooms, comfortable living room and a well kitted kitchen. Very quiet, well maintained building, with good security. Chrissy, the caretaker, was really lovely and helpful. The secure underground parking is excellent and so nice to have. The location was great - very close to supermarkets and shows - and Finsbury Park is a short walk away. I had to rearrange my arrival and they couldn't have been more helpful. It was a cosy flat, really highly recommended. Nothing really to complain about but a couple of little pointers. There were no bedside lamps, so I ended up buying a couple of cheap ones from argos as we were staying for a week and wanted a little cosiness.
I struggled with the oven as the dial settings had worn away. Trial and error got me there.
I had a struggle with accessing the car park on the first day, the next day Chrissy got new batteries for me and that did the job. If you're using the parking - check the garage fob emits a blue light when you collect the keys.

Great location tube station nearby - It was very quiet for so many apartments 6th floor.We were greeted by a lovely lady with the keys who also helped with my first grocery shop in nearby aldi and helpful with finding our bearings and number bus to town 29 all the way to traflagor square..The area was quiet and Felt safe . I really couldn't fault it .
