• Stephanie (10/5): Perfect stay in this lovely and well equipped apartment - The apartment had everything we needed! The shower was great and super powerful, the kitchen was nicely equipped and the parking was very convenient. The apartment is large, and we found it was in the perfect location for seeing the best of LA. The air-con worked great. It’s in a very quiet location and we felt safe here No negatives at all, but would have been ideal to have the washing machine/dryer in the apartment itself.
• Gloria (3/5): An expensive disappointment! - It was close to Sunset BLVD. Dishwasher pods and cleaning materials were provided. Coffee pods were provided. Adequate parking, once we were given the correct spot to park. It is C not D. The car bottoms out every time you enter the parking lot, even when driving very slow. We checked in at 3:15 and noticed there was no air conditioning. Immediately notified someone, who said no one else complained that the AC was not working, which is interesting as there was a heat wave earlier the prior week! Told no one had could fix it over the weekend. Kate's husband brought over air movers that were not adequate and needed to be moved whenever we moved in the condo. Later we were told a breaker needed to be ordered and would not be available until Monday, which probably could have been purchased at Home Depot. How did they know a part needed to be ordered, HMM? We repeatedly ask for a two day re-imbursement for the lack of advertised AC , and they only offered to refund our Saturday dinner as it was too hot to cook in the condo. Since we had already shopped for meals, we had to cook on Sunday as the food would have spoiled. We had no AC for 48 hours! The shower had black marks (mold?) between the grout. The shower doors are very hard to open and close and need to be fixed, No premium TV channels were available. Good thing we could access our Youtube TV link. When asked where to put the trash, we were told where it was and that other visitors had no problem finding it! This is the first booking or AirBnb we've stayed in with no book of helpful hints, like where to put the trash, the code for the washing room, or places to eat, etc. Many barking from dogs. Will never stay there again when we are in West Hollywood, again.
• Shay (10/5): A very lovely stay - Where do I start.. this apartment is just perfect. Amazing location, great apartment with everything you need. Comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen and amazing shower, couldn’t fault it at all! Host is always contactable and there if you need any help. Free parking at the apartment which is so rare for LA, locked/secured gates and entrance. We loved every second of it and will definitely be back. Thanks again, this was a 10/10 for us There was nothing to not like
