• Christian (3/5): Sporco, stoviglie e accessori sporchi da chiamare la ASL - Sporco, stoviglie e accessori sporchi da chiamare la ASL, casa fredda e senza nessuna possibilità di riscaldare con stufette, visto che non è ancora erogato il servizio di riscaldamento, camere squallide, vetuste, nella mia non c'era neanche un comodino dove poggiare gli accessori..

• Chantalle (6/5): Voldoende - Mooi groot huis. Ongeveer 20 minuten lopen naar de metro. Voldoende plek voor 7 personen (4 volwassenen en 3 kinderen). Parkeergelegenheid voor 2 auto's bij het huis, welke netjes afgesloten kon worden door een mooie, grote en veilige poort. De gevraagde incheck tijd werd ruimshoots overschreden, zelfs na herhaaldelijk contact, waarbij we hebben laten weten dat we al voor het huis stonden. We hebben helaas een uur staan wachten voordat er iemand met de sleutel kwam. Airco zoals vermeld alleen op 2 van de 3 slaapkamers, waardoor het in de andere kamers van het huis erg warm was. Vaatwasser deed het niet en wasmachine lekte veel water waardoor we hem niet meer aan durfden te zetten. De genoemde parkeergelegenheid was erg klein, 1 kleine auto is met moeite in de garage gezet en de andere grote op de oprijlaan.

• Christophe (7/5): Leuke stad, veel te doen, niet zo propere locatie van het appartement - Ruimte , prijs-kwaliteit, nabijheid openbaar vervoer Beetje extra opknapwerk in het appartement zou het niveau super laten stijgen ! Nu waren enkele rolluiken stuk, ventilator stuk , afwasmachine stuk, tv stuk (niet dat we hem nodig hadden, maar een kapotte zomaar laten staan lijkt me ook niet nodig)

• Joshua (8/5): Fantastic place to stay in Milano - The house is amazing, the facilities are suitable for large groups and gace great access to the city. The wifi password was hard to decipher and we couldn't use it over night. The directions from Booking.com didn't get to the property so ask for a pin to get to the back entrance if you are driving.

• Eliana (4/5): Disappointing - would be nice if the kitchen have more utilities, and also the furniture make it more modern, and make it more good atmosphere so don’t look like a scary, and please fix the bathroom, the water in the shower get stuck. we cannot shower good.
• Benjamin (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice house, close to the city attractions and great kitchen and dining room! The washing machine didn't work, but that is relevant only if you cook a lot
• Martina (8/5): Very good - Spacious, clean and comfortable. Traffic noise. We could not get the coffee machine to work and the dishwasher was broken. Would have been better to be told , but not a big thing if kitchen towels and a mokka are provided..
• Dmitrijs (7/5): Traditional Italian house in city centre for fair price. - Indoor parking, cosy traditional Italian house, friendly support, easy check in and check out, lots of bath towels, comfortable beds, bide in each bathroom, fair price. Full cigarette bin on the balcony, garbage in the yard, dirty armchairs and sofa pillows, lack of kitchen towels. Hope that host will fix these issues and definitely will get 9 rating.

• Ahlong (10/5): Worth of the money, convenient, would come back - I really apreciate the system, inspite of being late due to trafic (we travelled for more than 15hrs to reach), the host kept constatnly in touch and waited for us to handover the keys. She has been in touch even during the stay, whenever contacted. maybe mention in the description to bring your own soap, as there was none

• Hayley (8/5): Overall we had a good stay. Good location and close to shops and tram. - Spacious rooms and big lounge area. big bathroom. The kitchen, I think they need to redo the kitchen....looks run down... Only 2 of the four rooms have aircon.

Felt safe Supermarkets and halal shop was a short distance away Local small shops open till late night One bedroom did not have air conditioning Garage was very steep and narrow drive 5 days Stay no Lenin changes and upon asking were told it will be charged Kept looking for iron and asked from the staff who never came back to answer. Found ourself in one of many cabinets Electric trip happened twice. Staff on the phone could not tell the solution and had to figure out ourselves location of main switch board.
