• David (5/5): Okay in a pinch! - Location Black painted walls throughout. You see all of the marks and chips, and they were substantial. Many better options in Victoria.
• Kerr (10/5): Exceptional - My daughter and I stayed 5 nights at the Orca Pad (May 25).The apartment is exquisite, comfortable, very clean, and very well appointed. Everything had been tastefully picked to match the orca theme. We loved that. The location is excellent for exploring Victoria on foot. 2 minutes away is a parking garage. Communication with the host was very simple and prompt. I can highly recommend this apartment and would definitely pick it again should I be in Victoria.

• Brian (9/5): Great anniversary weekend in a great location and suite. - Great location, clean and secure suite, close to many restaurants and bars, walking distance to waterfront. Little noisy as suite faces an alley way but host provides ear plugs if needed. Seating a bit uncomfortable but host ensured that it will be replaced soon.

• Joyce (6/5): Great location, but that’s about it - Great location, cute decor There was hair on the shower walls when we got there. Tub doesn’t drain very well. Shower curtain is too long so it gets nasty sitting in the water at the bottom of the tub. I asked a question to the owner in the Booking app and they never responded. Windows have no screens so you can’t open them to get airflow without risk of bugs coming in. The windows face and alley so it’s very dark inside. Not enough places to hang towels. Wacko downstairs kept banging on his ceiling to tell us we were walking too loudly. We were just walking around the kitchen doing normal things. Very annoying!! Window blinds could be more blackout, I had to wear an eye mask.
• Susan (8/5): Stylish apartment in the best walkable location in City Center. - The location was excellent. Everything one needed was well organized and equipped. Very stylish interiors. Excellent appliances. It was a bit dark in the main room, so more lighting or some lightening of the paint color would help. The master was a bit tight for the luggage. Bottom up blinds would help privacy of the floor to ceiling windows for the master bedroom due to the second floor location and business of pedestrians in the famous alley.
