- Gopal (3/5): - We had an amazing time going around Miami. We had a couple of extreme inconveniences with the property we wanted to discuss. First, the main reason we booked this property was due to the hot tub and the location. But the hot tub did not work at all, and multiple people in our group spent hours trying to get it to work, just to be disappointed at the end of the day that the main part of the house was not working. The hot tub worked for just one day, the last night before we departed The hot tub was just warm not even hot that night We are extremely disappointed with this and are not happy. On top of that, we had to spend money and time to go out of our way and get trash bags, paper towels, detergent, and a couple of other household items that we needed for our stay as we could not find extra trash bags and paper towels even after communicating with the host. This was extremely disappointing for us and took away from time we wanted to spend going around Miami.
- Nick (10/5): The hospitality urgency that Nelson showed to make our stay the absolute best is by far what makes this place 10 stars. - We loved that everyone had a bed and our dual family vacation could sleep easily every night. The location was perfect as it was right in the heart of all of the true culture of Miami. There are two dogs across the street that bark every time you go outside or arrive at the property. We grew to appreciate them bc they were a sense of security. The area looks rough at first but you walk around at day or night and realize everyone out here leaves each other alone and are very friendly and knowledgeable. I could honestly see myself living in the area with all 4 of my children and feel safe.
- Sofiia (8/5): Very good - I liked everything, clean, redecorated, jacuzzi. two electric stoves and something doesn’t work in each, there are no hoods in the bathrooms and public parking is right under the fence. Location.
