• Istvan (7/5): Value for money apartment suitable for short (one-night) stay. - The balcony is excellent. Large and the furniture is also new and comfortable. There was elevator working properly It is great idea to have electricity switch card, ensuring overall switch-off - the negative I write in the not OK part. That must work so that the guest can disattach and attach as needed. I do hope the landlord will enable the separation of the keys from elcetricity card. I managed to detach the card. The wardrobe was not usable, due to mold. Most likely the water is leaking either from washing machine or from shower. Latter's waterproofing at the bottom corners is inappropriate (non-flexible). The electricity switch card was attached to the main entrance and flat door keys with a mechanical locker. That raised serious security and safety issues, apart from great inconvenience. 1. for electricity the card (with the keys) had to be in card holder, so you could not lock the door. If taking the keys (with the card), then in darkness you should lock the door. In case of emergency you have to take the card and in darkness unlock the door. 2. Not locking the door only the latch would lock the door. 3. Either you both leave the flat, or one of you would not have key - to get in at main entrance, or get out from flat in case of emergency.. 4. Taking out the card with the keys the fridge was also lacking the lecetricity.
• Alexandra (2/5): Over all our experience was most disappointing - The balcony was big and confortable with nice furniture The house was well equipped Good location They didn't mention that the property doesn't contain an actual parking lot but instead you had to look for a parking spot on your own. The mattress had mites and they stunk my hasband during the night. They informed us 2 ours before our arrival that the washing machine had a technical issue and they wanted to repair it during our stay wich we decline in order not to be disturbed during our stay. There was no hot water during our hole stay (4 days) there was no option to turn on the boiler at the main electrical panel. The kitchen sink was liking in the kitchen cabinet underneath. There was no curtains. There was no city view, on balconies from across the street.
