• Anson (8/5): Milk - Location only minutes from where I needed to be for work. Apartment very spacious. As I have. MObility issues at the moment from recent surgery I struggled with the stairs. Yes there was a lift but I couldn’t avoid the step to get to the car/ room. There was also no hairdryer, milk or normal coffee only satchets with milk sugar already in them.
• Peta (8/5): Fantastic location, a clean, tidy unit with free parking. Bedroom was too light for my preference. - Excellent location. The place was very clean and had nice unfussy decor. Comfy couch and all the amenities you need for a short stay. Free parking was a handy bonus. The bedroom was very light, despite the blind. At night there is a security light right outside the window. Unfortunately, the bed was hard.
• Refat (4/5): Disappointing - Nice location. Key fob not working. So cannot access lift. Has to use stairs with all the luggages.

• Adam (9/5): Highly recommended - Superb accommodation & a friendly host. We used the washing machine & the dryer,that was super practical. Free parking & a sunny green district. Bathroom is spacious & clean like the rest of the unit. Highly recommended 👌
• Sarah (5/5): Not Bright 1 bed apartment - The location was great for me. I chose the apartment for its location and secure car park. Unfortunately there were multiple issues with access keys which meant leaving my car on the street and several days chasing around for new remotes which also didn't work. Although the host did try to get me a remote that worked, I spent half of my stay worrying if I could get in or out. The apartment was sparsly furnished. No outdoor furniture to enable use of the balcony, less than soft towels and unironed bed linen.
• Turner (9/5): Beautiful room with ideal location - Perfect location for uni and the price was fair for what the room offered. Blind on the balcony door was broken. Not much to criticise on this property
• Jarnie (6/5): Good apartment at ECU. - Good sized apartment, kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Parking avail - tight for 4wd but will fit a 2.1 4wd. Plumbing issue within the building, no water over night and half of the next day - owner was great to deal with. However, did not offer any reimbursement when there were no toilet, shower or drinking water facilities during this time. Balcony was dusty and needed sweeping. While not the owners fault, the parkland it overlooks views bushland with a lot of household rubbish throughout. Note this property is on/alongside Joondalup ECU campus.

• Kirrily (6/5): Disappointed - The room was clean The check in process was really inconvenient especially as I was travelling alone at night. There were no prior instructions in the email communication and I had to follow up twice with the owner to receive an address. I the had to travel To a separate address in an industrial area to collect keys which then came with an information booklet about parking etc. very hard to read and finding the correct apartment and parking bay at night was difficult and took me about 45 minutes at the end of a long drive from the country. This could all have been avoided if the owner had provided the check In instructions with the confirmation email. Once inside the apartment was very impersonal and there no soap or hand soap provided. No milk. Lots of traffic noise and a hallway light that shone into the bedroom all night. I would not stay again.
