Key collection: It takes place at our office: Paseo Reding 9, 29016, Malaga, from 16:00 to 20:30. Only once the apartment is ready/available we will give/share the keys.
Please note that late check-in carries the following extra charges:
- From 21:00 to 22:00, EUR 30;
- From 22:00 to 23:00, EUR 35;
- From 23:00 to 24:00, EUR 40;
- From 24:00 to 01:00, EUR 45;
- After 01:00, 10 EUR of additional charge per hour.
Emergency line available 24/7 via phone, no WhatsApp chat/calls available from 21:00 to 10:00.
Guests will receive a rental agreement (check in/registration online) which must be completed and signed prior to arrival.
In respect of hygiene guidelines, we do not leave cooking staples like salt, oil, etc.

When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 12 euros per pet/per night.
Cot and high chairs are also available, and are 6,5 € per item/per night. Subject to availability.
Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.
When available, kindly note that the sofa bed is not pre-set upon arrival, but we’re happy to prepare it if requested in advance.
A damage deposit of 200 € is required on arrival, this is the minimum amount. It depends on the type of the apartment booked. This will be collected by card only (Visa or Mastercard). You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Our accommodations provide a unique experience, distinct from the hotels. While daily cleaning services are not included, we ensure your comfort with a final cleaning and an additional cleaning every 7 nights. For guests who prefer more frequent cleaning, this service is available at an additional cost. Please contact us for further details and pricing.

- Johanna10 (9/5): Fijn appartement - Mooie ligging van het appartement op de bovenste 7e verdieping. Werkelijk alles is op loopafstand. Mooi uitzicht op de haven. Heerlijk bed. Goede inrichting. Kleine keuken maar alles is wel aanwezig met grote koelkast/vriezer en Nespresso en een wasmachine. Fijne badkamer Enkel glas dus s-nachts wel geluid van de straat te horen

- ray (2/5): HORRIBLE - There was nothing special about the property other than it was close to the beach DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY . A man named Renato I think he was the owner was so completely disrespectful and was screaming at me through the phone. his online system was malfunctioning and would not take my information and he called me a liar several times he said he was not going to rent the room until we filled out the information online which we tried over and over again, but it malfunctioned wouldn’t take my credit card ( believe me we tried over and over again)and then he called me a liar and said that the system worked perfectly after traveling a long distance ;from California we were near his hotel, but could not find it, and he would not give us directions and said he would not rent to us until the information was filled out online although we booked and paid for it through booking.com. He said he would give us more information but we had to pay a $200 deposit which he said he would return and never did he lied about it. He finally after several hours gave us the code and directions when the neighbor called him and told him we were at the door.

It is in walking distance of the old town and also the beautiful marina area and beach. The apartment has everything you need. It is compact, but very well arranged. The booking and checkin process was excellent, thanks to Cristina. Excellent and timely information. Could not fault the communication. Thank you for a great stay. Highly recommend. Nil

The blinds really need to be black out, sun shone through way too early and also very little privacy while getting changed in the evening. Also a little welcome pack wouldn’t go a miss, water/milk in fridge etc

The smell was so bad it kept us awake at night and we had to sleep with he windows open which then meant we were also kept awake by the outside noise. The smell was so bad that we had to wash all our clothes when we got back home because the odour had stuck to everything.
