• Kathryn (7/5): A room (in the 'burbs) with a view - Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. It was clean and quiet. Courtyard very nice. Big, beautiful windows, nice natural daylight. Felt very safe and secure. The price seemed high in given the location and facilities in general. The lack of decent cookware, plates, silverware, and glasses was a little strange given the price. Insufficient lighting for nighttime -- could use some better lamps/lighting.

• Jéssica Thaisa (9/5): It was a pleasant staying! We recommend and would come back! - We like it is a short journey to the city center. And the heating system works pretty well. Also we requested for extra kitchen items and the property operators were really keen on and quick on helping. We couldn’t find how to turn on the cooker hood. And the light in the bathroom keeps blinking. Other than that all good.

• Marcus (7/5): Leben wie Künstler in Florenz - Die Wohnung an sich ist absolut schick und sehenswert. Wenn es Probleme gibt steht die Vermietung per WhatsApp zur Seite. Das Geschirr in der eingebauten Küche war nicht sauber und in der Dusche waren viele Schimmelflecken. Auf Anfrage bei der Vermietung wurde das Problem ab zeitnah behoben.

• Karan (7/5): Good - Located far enough from the crowds and madness, but close enough to enjoy a new neighborhood near Florence. For the price, the facilities weren't appropriate. We couldn't get the AC to work despite following all the instructions. Common areas of the mansion required maintenance. Chairs needed cleaning, kitchen exhaust and light didn't work.

• Elliott (9/5): Wonderful little suite with a hint of old world class. - Beautiful bedroom with balcony. Fine little kitchen. Relatively calm neighbourhood. Pullout bed was not comfortable at all, but was adequate for our child.

• Fiona (7/5): Fabulous Florence - I really liked this quaint, spacious apartment which looks as it is pictured online. It was just outside the main part of Florence in a quiet neighbourhood but was an easy tram trip into this vibrant city. There were a few maintenance issues which needed attention and the kitchen set up slightly awkward however the host was eager to ensure our stay was comfortable. Luca was a pleasure to deal with also. Sadly the garden area was quite overgrown therefore not amenable to enjoying an alfresco dinner. There is a laundry set up in the basement which was very convenient. There are a number of restaurants nearby although I’d give Da Salvatore a miss. Overall a good place to stay with the beckoning of the bells of the local church a reminder not to miss mass.

• Aleksandra (9/5): Superb - Beautiful apartment, in good location (5 stops away on the tram from train station and city centre, tram stop just 5min walk from the apt) Supermarket close by, quite area. Apartment was very spacious, big rooms, comfy bed, very clean as well. We loved it. It was all great in general, but few little things to nitice. Water in the shower was barely warm, it have to keep running for a good 5min to actually worm up. Kitchen area could be better equipped. We have experienced a lot of mosquito bites which we have not expect in March in Italy. Stayed in few different cities during our stat all with rivers and did not have this issue anywhere except this apt, so not sure if it was the apt or just Florence.

• Melanie (9/5): Excellent service! We had a great time! - It was a lovely apartment, very near to train stations. It was an old building with a rustic look which makes it more unique. The bathroom is clean with a modern look.
• Niamh (6/5): Nice apartment but with some issues - It’s a very spacious apartment with a great bedroom and bathroom. All was very clean when we arrived. Nice outlook with a balcony and pleasant surrounds. It’s a bit far out of the centre but there are nearby tram and bus stops. Self check in was easy. Unfortunately the hosts are very hard to communicate with, I got bombarded with automatic response messages/emails and when I did get through to someone communication was polite but not very clear. The kitchen is missing basics such as a kitchen knife and tea towel. The washing machine is old and leaves clothes very wet, it also costs 2 euro. It is a nice property but needs some improvement with facilities and communication before I would recommend it.
