• Martin (7/5): Fantastic location but housekeeping has to be better. - Location and easy access to the places of interest and transit. The faucet in the bathroom was loose. The comforter was not clean. The shower door was not aligned and hence would not close. The garbage was not cleared.

• Suraj (1/5): The bed sheets was not clean. pillow covers have stain marks, - the price difference , shown by Booking.com at the time of booking and then the final invoice. It never happened earlier.

• Amr (4/5): Great location but photos are misleading and over priced - Location and pool The place view is totally different from pictures. When asked the host they mentioned they have plenty of apartments and not all with a good view. Definitely over priced but the building location is convenient

• Aleksandrs (10/5): Exceptional - The location is a dream for any traveler — right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, with major attractions within walking distance, perfect for soaking in the city vibes. The view from the window is like a postcard, especially in the evening when the city lights up. The pool on the 37th floor feels like a movie scene. The room exceeded our expectations — clean, cozy, and stylish. The bed was large and comfortable, with soft lighting and thoughtful details throughout. Waking up to that view right from the bed was pure joy.

• William (5/5): Passable - Good Location close to a train station I had tried getting in touch with the host to better understand payment. upon arrival learned that it was cash only. Walked all over trying to get money out of ATMs to find i could pay by card after all. It was more expensive than listed on booking. Shower was luke warm to cold both nights.

• Lewis (3/5): Despite the good location in KLCC, the services by the host were very poor and no there was no value for money. - A walking distance to Petronas towers. Convenient to visit malls, party places and eateries. Security guards at receptiin desk were friendly and supportive. Unsupportive staff. Did not pick calls and ignored most messages. The room was used as a store for bottled water for the duration of our stay which took most of the space. Gave us dirty towels and did not bother to replace them with clean towels when requested to do so. Room was not cleaned and beddings not changed. Did not refill toiletries and bath soap/shower gel when asked to do so. Inflated the initial cost by almost 10%. We had to leave the property on the third day.
