Guest Reviews
- Carmen (9/5): - Beautiful country location, lots of animals, like a farm stay, plus you had feed containers to feed the goats Maybe a sign to show more clearly the direction to go when arriving after dark would be helpful and supplying some tissues please.
- Kylie (10/5): - Private, everything you need, convenient, dog friendly, friendly hosts and the cutest little farm yard with friendly animals. Thank you for the eggs and cake - a personal touch that we didnt expect. Nothing, would stay again!
- Maria (10/5): - Charming place with the most gorgeous little animals and a great host. It was lovely feeding the goats and chicks. It was also a lovely touch having fresh eggs gifted to us.
- Danielle (10/5): Delightful, surrounded by trees and friendly animals, our hosts were lovely. - I booked this sweet little tiny home with my 8 year old daughter for four nights. It was lovely experience, the goats came to greet us at the fence each morning and there were fluffy baby chicks which our hosts introduced us to. The was perfect for us and my daughter did not want to leave. We also enjoyed the outside fire which we lit each evening to have our dinner. So special. Although the space worked well for us, it is a tiny home and packing light is a good idea so as to keep the home as spacious as possible.

- Cassandra (8/5): Great over night stay - I loved that I was able to star gaze from the bed and the goats stole my heart! I was travelling with my dog so it was wonderful to find a place that accommodated this. The tiny house was neat and clean. Perfect over night stay. Perhaps just a bit more privacy, from the main residence but saying that tiny home is fitted will blinds!
- Lucy (10/5): Beautiful stay at the charm farm. - I found the place looking for dog friendly accommodation. And it really was, my fur baby absolutely loved her stay. Really lovely hosts. Excellent location. The animals were so adorable. It was a memorable stay for me and my partner and fur baby. We did so many beach and country drives and explored so much. So relaxing.
- Debbie (8/5): Love the farm and tiny home experience. - As we wanted to explore this region the location of this tiny home was ideal. The hosts was awesome and we loved having the animals so close to our space. Being able to sit around the fire pit was also very nice. There was limited Undercover outdoor space for wet weather conditions. You really need to bring mosquito repellent and coils to enjoy the outdoor space.
- Robyn (8/5): Overall we really enjoyed our stay. It was a really cosy place to spend a rainy day. - Very cosy, clean and comfortable with everything you would need. Beautiful setting and very peaceful. The animals were gorgeous and we enjoyed feeding them. We also enjoyed watching the ducks and chooks grazing in the rain,( and the eagles gliding over). The host was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately it rained most of the time we were there. While we were very cosy in the house we would have liked to sit outside but there was no outside shelter. It was also very muddy. Fortunately our car coped as we would not have liked to carry all our stuff the 100m to the owners driveway. It would be good to make it clear that this could be an issue.

- Louise (9/5): So nice to get away to a place that took us back to our childhood memories of growing up on a farm with so many animals - Lovely and quite and so enjoyed the animals. Especially waking up to roosters crowing š¤
- Melanie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Breanna (7/5): It was a lovely farm stay and we enjoyed our time thereš«¶š¼. - The flower garden was so beautiful and the hosts were really friendly!!š·š¾šŖæ
We loved the farm animals and appreciated the cleanliness of the tiny home!
The information folder provided was also very handy and perfect for first-time Yamba visitors. We were disappointed by how close the tiny home was to the hostās home. It would have been helpful to know that the tiny home was right next to someone elseās family home.
We also assumed there would be a fenced area for our dog given it was advertised as a pet-friendly venue, but there wasnāt. This meant that we had to leave our dog inside the tiny home while we were out so that he wouldnāt run away or scare the many free-roaming chooks.
- Diong (10/5): Lovely peaceful time with animals, and great friendly owners and pets. - Friendly dogs and pets, quiet location, not too far from Yamba. decent location.
Friendly and helpful owners. Maybe a bigger awning so when it rains we can sit outside? There was an umbrella thing but it wasnt big enough!
- Benjamin (9/5): Quiet and clean tiny home. Pet friendly. Perfect for our overnight stop over on our way to Queensland. - Very clean and quiet. Pet friendly.
- Aaron (9/5): Superb -
- Melinda (7/5): Good - It was very comfortable & clean. Nothing really it had just been raining so very wet & muddy..
- Carla (7/5): Thanks for a great stop over - It was very clean, well appointed, shower pressure was great with good hot water. The animals are great and loved the extra touches around the focus of the chicken farm throughout. Hosts were friendly and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. It was unfortunate it was pouring with rain as would have been a different experience, as could not use the outside as another room. Was afraid our car was going to get bogged as parked on the grass. The cabin moves as you walk through it and an outside mat would have been great to catch dirt and mud from the rain. Instructions would also have been handy for the stove top. Again unfortunate Mother Nature was not on our side on our visit.
- Vicky (10/5): Exceptional -
- Justine (10/5): It was lovely & relaxing - Lovely surroundings, very comfy & new Nothing, it was as described
- Brittney (10/5): Comfortable and warm tiny house for a one night visit. Lovely hosts. Quiet and relaxing locat - Easy check in, lovely hosts, comfortable and warm. Due to the weather, was very muddy. We had to park away from the house itself HOWEVER we were provided with gumboots to aid in getting to and from the house.
- Jodi (8/5): Very good -
- Joanne (10/5): Exceptional - Sweet location, everything we needed in the tiny home. Incredibly comfortable bed and a cute private space for us as a couple to hang out. Able to give the dogs lots of pats and absolutely excellent hosts who went above and beyond in all ways.
- Kerry (10/5): A sweet little getaway with lovely hosts away from town with animals to enjoy, backing onto bushland - It was in a lovely setting away from the main house backing on to bushland. Although it was very small it was fresh, clean and well equipped. There were gorgeous goats, sheep, chickens and a lovely dog in the enclosure and the hosts and the other dog were so friendly and welcoming. Instructions were clear and we had a lovely stay and sat around the fire pit on a beautiful evening and it was so good to be out of town for a change. That we couldnāt have stayed another night!!
- Rebecca (5/5): Very overpriced stay. - Very clean with a comfortable bed. Hosts welcoming on arrival. I wouldn't call this a farm stay, more like an air bnb as you are essentially camping in the hosts backyard with a few animals. No internet in the home, only in the chicken coup & no TV. Very overpriced for what is on offer & you are expected to wash up dishes & sweep the floor before you leave. No shelter from the rain either so it was very wet & grassy.
- Wallace (4/5): Disappointing - It was quite Mosquitoes
- Melanie (10/5): Perfect. - Gorgeous location and very well set up. The animals are just the sweetest and the owner was very helpful. Would recommend to anyone
- Bella (10/5): Relaxing friendly farm stay - The tiny home had everything we needed to cook a delicious dinner and the bed was so comfortable! We had a lovely outlook of trees on one side and then could watch chickens and goats on the other. All the animals were very cute and friendly and the hosts were lovely at showing us around and answering any questions we had.
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb - Lovely and clean and very welcoming. But it was very muddy and wet.
