• curcuruto (10/5): Sempre un piacere tornare. - Tutto. Non riesco a trovare alcuna criticità da porre. Nemmeno in positivo per migliorare qualcosa. Servizio completo dalla pulizia alla completezza dell’arredamento per non parlare di cortesia e professionalità della signora Giovanna.

• Ágnes (10/5): Tökéletes szállás, nagyon kedves házigazdával. - A várostól körülbelül 40 perc volt busszal, a busz a szállástól 1-2 percre van, ami a Colosseum előtt is megáll, nagyon könnyű a közlekedés. Csendes a környék. Kis sétára van egy nagy bevásárlóközpont, a környéken kisebb üzletek, pékség, zöldséges. Giovannaval telefonon tudtunk beszélni, nagyon kedves, segítőkész házigazda😘A szállás gyönyörű, tiszta, kényelmes. Mindennel fel van szerelve amire szükség lehet. A fürdőszobában is volt tusfürdő, arckrém, és még hajlakk is. Mi maximálisan meg voltunk elégedve. Minden tökéletes volt.

Mrs. Gio is the most amazing, helpful and kind host i could ever wish for. The house is so beautiful in beautiful localisation as well. I can't wait to visit this place again, I highly recomended! • Ravgosz (9/5): Family extended weekend in Rome. - Apartment well communicated with airport and city centre of Rome. Equipped with everything we needed or even few things more like slat, olive, some cafe or tee. Very clean and well prepared. Area maybe is not amazing, but 10m from nicer restaurant with good food and convenient prices. Kitchen has everything you need to arrange morning snack o even full breakfast. If you prefer to cook by yourself - it is ready to go. Bathroom fully stuffed even with soap and shampoo. We decided to use citi transport (accept taxi) and it was easy to get by bus directly from apartment to Colosseo, or with bus and Metro to Vatican. Walking distance is supermarket very well equipped. In case I would decide to visit Rome again I will check if this apartment is still available and will come back. We haven't drink a wine with the owner, but she promised next time to change it. There is nothing I would complain, just would like to mention things which might be important for some: street noise - not disturbing, but can be heard in apartment; heating system (assuming you will need it, like we in march) - during a night makes some noise. Nevertheless - full recommendation!

• Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - The host ( Giovanna ) was very kind and helpful ! It was clean , quite new , kitchen has everythink you need , bathroom was clean and it has good equipment. From airport to apartment it is like 20 - 25 mibutea with bus 520. Then you can reach to center with bus 118 for about 30 - 40 minutes. Quiet place to stay , easy to reach center.

I would definitely recommend it because it is close enough to walk to the bus station, staff really friendly and welcoming, the rooms were spacious and clean. We will come again!
• Dragan14 (10/5): Host exceed my expectation. Close to flat we have famous pizzeria and several restorants and caffe. - The location was fine, good connections to center and airport. Close to antient Rome ruins and old Roman road.
• Joel (10/5): Brilliant stay in a lovely apartment! - It had everything you need and was very clean and comfortable. Giovanna was an excellent host who went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay! Nothing to dislike about the property but it’s a little far out of Rome city centre.

• Andreea (10/5): Cozy, clean, comfortable and with a perfect host. - The house is very nice and cozy away from the crowded Rome. It has a beautiful big private garden. The access to the center city is very easy with 118 bus. The station is a waking distance from the house. The host was extraordinary, very helpful and I thank you Giovanna for that! Everything was perfect, nothing to comment here.
