• Navdeep (1/5): NIGHTMARE - The room has a serious humidity problem — there seems to be a slow water leak either from the neighbors’ bathroom or from the apartment’s own bathroom. It looks like dirty water because it causes a very bad smell. When we first arrived, we thought the carpet was just very dirty, but after a few days we realized it was actually wet and moldy. It’s dark color is because of the mold. In the bathroom, the fan isn’t strong enough to remove the humidity and smell. It was a really unpleasant experience, especially because the apartment is small. To the manager: I’d strongly recommend that you spend two nights there yourselves before renting it out — you’ll immediately notice the problems. In terms of safety, there are incorrect instructions about how to use the electrical panel. For the hot water, there’s only a fuse, not a real switch, and the instructions provided are misleading. If I could, I would ask for a refund for this terrible experience (and I say this knowing it was a budget choice, but my wife and I have literally been sleeping in mold and bad smell for days). If you’ve hired someone or a company to clean the place before a new guest checks in — they are not doing their job properly. The bathroom was dirty, there was dust everywhere, and the sheets had stains and dust on them. Dirty room issues were signaled also in many other reviews.

• Lucie (7/5): - L’appartement se trouve en pleine ville, au pied des restos, bars commerces, dans un quartier très tranquille. Le lit est très confortable. L’appartement n’est pas grand, mais pour un court séjour à 2 personnes cela est suffisant. Nous avons eu la visite d’un petit cafard pendant notre séjour.

• Asiru (10/5): Exceptional - I had a great stay at this apartment in Athens. The apartment is located inside a building that is in a very central, lively and safe neighborhood that's always buzzing with plenty of people around. All the historical attractions (Acropolis, Agora, Syntagma Square) are just a 10 - 15min walk away. There's plenty of great cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarkets around as well. The location of this apartment is excellent! The room itself was small and cozy (perfect for a solo traveller) and I have nothing at all to complain about. The room was very clean, well lit, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom was big enough, and the hot water and AC worked perfectly. There was ample wardrobe space and even though I did not use them it came equipped with plates and cutlery, as well as an iron board. Communication was quick and easy with the hosts, and they provided clear instructions for check-in and check out. I only had one day in Athens so I was out for most of the day and only spent a short time in the room just to relax, sleep, and shower - so for this purpose this apartment was perfect! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone for a short stay (especially if you're solo), and for the price you're paying it's great value for money, compared to a lot of the other properties around this area which are usually way more expensive.

• Ekosera (8/5): A very good location for people who are just looking for clean room and comfortable bed. - Great location. Accesible to everywhere within minutes. We found everything in the room, from hair drier to hoover. Water heater works fast. Clean and compfortable bed. The room is dark due to blinds.
• Wioletta (10/5): I'm very satisfied I've stayed here. - The location is great, easy access to main attractions in Athens, such as Acropolis hills, museum, Plaka, Parliament building etc. Nearby are many shops, supermarket, bars, caffeterias, restaurants. Perferct communication with hosts. The room gives you quiet nights even if just out of the door to the building is rich and loudly night life. The only thing I'd like to improve would be even a very small kettel in the room to be able prepare coffee in very early morning when cafes are closed yet.
