Хотел бы особенно отметить проживание в данных апартаментах, хозяин был крайне предусмотрителен и заранее прислал все данные по заезду и инструкции по заселению. Кроме того сами апартаменты крайне комфортны и чистые. Очень хоте отметить общий уровень клиентского сервиса, заказывали через апартаменты такси до аэропорта, несмотря на проведение марафона в городе, водитель встретил у порога, помог с багажом. Супер сервис. нет такого

• Mirella (7/5): Basic maar prima verblijf op een rustige locatie in een leuke wijk van Milaan, met een comfortabel bed en fijne douche. - Fijne accommodatie op een leuke locatie in Milaan. Het is er rustig, met weinig geluid van buitenaf. Het bed is comfortabel en de douche is heerlijk. Prima basis voor een verblijf in de stad. De accommodatie is erg basic. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, maar daar houdt het ook wel op. Verwacht geen extra comfort of sfeer: de inrichting is vrij kaal en niet echt gezellig. In de keuken is bijvoorbeeld maar beperkt kookgerei aanwezig, zoals weinig pannen. Ook in de badkamer ontbreken praktische dingen, zoals extra haakjes om handdoeken op te hangen. Prima voor een kort verblijf als je weinig eisen hebt, maar niet als je op zoek bent naar wat meer comfort of uitstraling.

• Ludovica (6/5): The place is fine but not well maintained and not properly clean. The location is great but the place is average. - The location. The only thing that is “prestige” about this place is the location. The apartment is not well maintained. Walls have stains everywhere, there’s mold/ dark spots in the shower, the wardrobes are old and broken, the glass from the mirrors on the living room is broken. All of these small things show a lack of maintenance. Not to mention it was not clean when I got there (there was dust in the room), the fridge still had food from the previous guest in it and the bed was missing one layer of sheets. Anyways, when told, they sent someone to replace the sheets. Overall I think the place is ok but not as new as the pictures show.

• Christianna (3/5): Μην το κλείσετε καλοκαίρι! - Η τοποθεσία Τα φορητά air condition έκαναν πολύ θόρυβο και δεν δρόσιζαν τον κύριο χώρο. Στο υπνοδωμάτιο για να μπει το φορητό air condition, δεν έκλεινε το παράθυρο, με αποτέλεσμα να μπαίνουν πολά κουνούπια, ούτε το πατζούρι, με αποτέλεσμα να μπαίνει φως από τις 7 το πρωί και να μην μπορείς να κοιμηθείς.

• Kanokkun (9/5): I love this! Host and the room are so nice - I love the location and the style of this property. Very cozy and have all facilities i need. If you have big luggages, this room may not suitable since you need to carry the luggages to 3rd floor

• Lidia (5/5): Pleasant - Location The apartment is nice and centrally located, although we couldn't fully enjoy it as we were out most of the time. Upon arrival, I was given an incorrect password for the Wi-Fi connection and a different network name. In the end, we managed to solve the issue ourselves after scanning the modem code and finding that it didn't match the provided password. The air conditioning doesn’t work and during the night, I had to turn on the fan because it was hot. The shower is designed in a way that the glass door has a damaged seal, causing water leaks. Additionally, there is no elevator in the building; even though the apartment was listed as being on the second floor on paper, it was actually on the third floor. The arrival instructions were sent via video rather than written text. After visiting several cities and being tired from the journey, it was stressful to watch the video explaining how to find the keys. I also received a video on how to use the air conditioning, which surprised me as it's not difficult to figure out how to set it, given that the remote is basic but clearly the AC is not working. Clearer communication on how to arrive at the apartment, for example from the airport, train station, or metro, would have made these videos unnecessary. One aspect to improve is definitely the communication, which should be immediate from the host's side and not rely on the guest to figure out how to arrive, which metro to take, etc. Furthermore, I noticed a certain superficiality and snobbish attitude in the few messages exchanged, which I did not appreciate upon my stay. They have contacted me just for the keys and not to ask if I have encountered any issue or whatever. For all these reasons I will recommend another place more affordable.

• Avril (8/5): Enjoyable stay in a beautiful vibrant city - Excellent location close to the centre with a lot of bars and restaurants close by. A pleasant apartment, brightly decorated. Quiet at night. Very nice helpful staff. Be aware it’s up two flights of badly lit stone stairs so not easy to get luggage up there. We found it quite difficult to get the keys out of the padlock key box which is left further up the street.

• Theodora (9/5): Great apartment, great location!! - The apartment was great, and the location too. Metro station too near and the center in walking distance!! The apartment was clean, with all necessities and the space was beautiful and cozy!! The cleaning staff didn't finished when we arrived in place... We had check in in 14:00 and they was late for 1 hour.
• Laurianne (1/5): would not go back. overpriced and dirty! - it was very well located poor communication and lack of cleanliness. check in was at 2pm and we asked the host if we could arrive earlier to drop the luggage, he said yes. the day before we ask if we can meet at 11:30 am. no answer. the day of check in we arrive at 11:30, there is no one. we go for lunch nearby and write to the host, they say we can drop the luggage earlier. we say we will be at the door at 12:45 he says sure. we go at 12:45, no one came. at 13:15 we write back and the host seems surprised. after a lot of bad communication, the cleaning lady let us in the appartment at 2pm… which was check in time anyway. not only that but the appartement was disgustingly dirty and had not been cleaned. there was food on the counter, the bed sheets were on the floor, there was trash on the floor, etc. ridiculous!!

• Sabrina (9/5): The appartment was clean, the hosts were super nice and Milan is a beautiful city. - The location was perfect. Also the appartment was really nice and tidy. The hosts were super nice and you'll get a welcoming package including salt, pepper etc. As we were going by car, it was hard to find a payable car park. For 3 nights we payed 100€ and weren't even close by. We recommend coming by metro, which works perfectly fine.

I can highly recommend to stay there, we will definitely stay here again when we are in Milano. The apartment is very centrally located and calm at the same time, because the rooms face a inner courtyard. -

• Mila (9/5): Superb - The location was really good, close to the metro station and in Brera neighborhood which has a lot to offer. The facilities in the apartment were very good, modern looking and comfortable. There were a few mosquitoes in the room which was not ideal and also there were some areas in which some dust was left uncleaned.
• Lynn (7/5): Good - Very clean, and excellent location. Would recommend. We were at the property early - 1230pm. We rang to see if we could get in even though we knew check in was 2pm. Host told us he couldn't make it until 2.30pm - it was better for him as he had other guests arriving at other properties. He didn't arrive until 2.45. We were happy to go for lunch near by until 2pm as we were aware of the official check in time. However, the 45 min delay for check in was an inconvenience as we have plans for the rest of the day based on the 2pm check in time. Be aware in case you make plans. Hangers and an iron for clothes would be beneficial.
• Rhea (7/5): Good - the location was excellent. loads of restaurants and hops nearby. Clean and beautifully designed apartment. the staff was very helpful as well. fully equipped. The AC wasn’t strong enough. The hot water in the bathroom went off many times in the middle of the shower. and there is no elevator. it’s in the thirds floor. so loads of stairs if you’re travelling with big bags.
