• Mariana (10/5): Wohung ist Wundervoll - Sehr netter Emfang. Hat uns die Wohnung gezeigt den Schlüssel übergeben und dann waren wir ungestört. Ich liebe es, es war wie zuhause sein. Die aussiecht ist überweltigend hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die gegend ist sehr ruhig und doch sehr nahe an allem, wie die Ubahn oder ein 15minutiger Spaziergang zum Dom. Es war eine sehr tolle erfahrung und das Bett war sehr bequem wie auf wolken schlaffen. Alles war toll, nur ein Starker geruch breitet sich manchmal im WC aus und die toilette war für meinen Freund (180cm und 90kg) etwas zu eng(konnte nur mit einer hälfte des Po's drauf sitzen,, ich fands lustig. Besser als Hotel würde wieder Buchen. Mein Freund hat der Rest der Wohnung so gut gefallen er sagte auch er würde wieder kommen und die kleine toilette mit in kauf nehmen.
• Tota (9/5): Lovely apartment with everything you need. - This place is a true gem, nice and peaceful, has everything you need - perfect location next to Lanxess Arena and just a 30 minute walk throug nice streets and parks over the bridge into the city center. The communication with the host was smooth and even though we were delayed, he met us with the keys after check in hours, at a reasonable fee. The place was clean and welcoming. I only wish we had booked an extra night so that we could make more use of the kitchen etc, we only stayed two nights and were out for the majority of the time. There is an elevator, but you can choose stairs aswell. A very nice balcony with a view towards the city center. The kitchen held a lot of complimentary item for cooking (spices, oil, etc) we did not use it, but very convenient if you need to cook. There was a little bit of smell from the drains in the bathroom at first, but it went away. Nothing to do with the cleanliness! The bed was a bit too soft for my taste, but that is just a personal preference, we slept very well though. Considering that there were a few different food items and a kettle, it would have been the cherry on top, if there was instant coffe and teabags available.
• Carlos (6/5): Overall, a small, cosy flat (ideal for a short stay) in a good location with lovely sunsets from the balcony. - The location is good, and it’s not too noisy at night. Communication with the host was good and straightforward. I didn’t find the bed particularly comfortable (though I realise that’s a very personal preference), but I did find some food left in the freezer – presumably from the previous guest. And one of the trickiest toilets I've ever come across 🤣
• Matteo (10/5): - Leider haben wir zu kurz gebucht gehabt, wir wären lieber gerne länger geblieben. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir würden es immer wieder buchen Das wir eine Spinne im Zimmer hatten,
• Anton (5/5): Fair stay - The Host was nice and friendly, and the property's parking is very nice for 10€ /day ( But only to pay in cash ) The Kitchen was great as well, the location is perfect as well... The toilet seat is quite narrow, causing pain while sitting. The kitchenware was not clean, and the bedspreads caused me to itch.

• Yasmin (7/5): - Die Lage, das Zimmer Das Bad, gegen die Größe kann man nicht machen, aber es sollte eine Eckduschwand installiert werden, dann hat man auch mehr Bein Freiheit auf der Toilette.

• Benjamin (10/5): - Die Lage ist der Knaller! Direkt an der Arena und die Altstadt gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch der Stellplatz ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt in Köln!
• Sascha (10/5): Einfach SUPER ! - Die Lage ist 1A mit Sternchen, die Lanxess Arena ist direkt vor der Tür und den Dom sieht man auch. Super netter Kontakt! Die U-Bahn direkt vor der Tür. Das Auto kann sicher in der Tiefgarage abgestellt werden. Schöne gepflegte Unterkunft, mit allem was man braucht.

• Irene (5/5): Convenient location, close to all the attractions, facilities are ok for short stay. - Very good location, underground parking. Very small bathroom, uncomfortable shower. Poor lighting in the living area.

• Peter (9/5): Nice and cozy apartment at a great location. - The location was perfect, 10 minutes walk from both the train station and the office I visited. The property was clean, and I had everything I needed for this two nights stay. Just a nuance, but it would be nice to have the Wifi password printed somewhere other than the side of the router. Not a real problem though.
