• Max (6/5): A simple apartment in a fantastic location. - The location was fantastic, close to West End and the city. This apartment is very basic without any bells and whistles. Nothing to soften the space, no lounge room lamps, not even a rug on the floor to help absorb the echo in the space. I don’t mind that the apartment was basic, but it was not priced as such. The beds were very uncomfortable especially the one in the second bedroom. The kitchen was not well stocked for someone staying a week or longer. Nothing to make a coffee, not even a French press.
• Kym (3/5): - The garage fob to access parking didn't work. we only got in and out because of residents in the building.
• Roisin (8/5): Good location with ample space. Easy check in and good communication - Great location and well kitted out apartment. The mattress in the second bedroom was absolutely terrible however all was rectified with a new mattress by the final night of the stay - so appreciated and showed great customer care. Thank you. Air con unit in the main bedroom was a bit noisy.
• Alicia (8/5): 2 Bedroom Apartment in South Brisbane - Close to South Bank area - The apartment was easy to find, neat, clean, spacious apartment, close to where we needed to go to events and also walking distance to South Bank and Suncorp stadium about 25 min walk, The main bedroom was great with a walk in robe which leads you through to ensuite 2nd Bedroom can use the main bathroom as an ensuite Also bonus was the roof top view ontop of the apartment building Directions and instructions were okay to understand check in and check out Host replied to correspondance and phone calls but there was confusion over finding the car park we needed Confusion over finding the car park and visitor parking as they were all full on arrival Then realised that there were other car park levels but to get there, there is a car lift, but we did not realise until seeing another car go into the lift, We realised with the Host were on the wrong level but to park in visitor park but there was no parks available, but there was also no key or remote for the Car lift as displayed in the digrams for drive in info, we did communicate this but we ended up eventually waiting until someone moved from a visitor park after an hour and hoped we wouldn't be towed as sign says about 2 hour limit for visitor parking ( we were there 3 nights and we were okay) The Air con in the Main Bedroom when turned on was really noisy and rattled, needed to turn it off at night due to the noise Bed in 2nd Bedroom was uncomfortable and can feel the springs Please Add to the digital check in / check out information that B2 is via Car lift (there are pictures/diagrams but maybe add "Car lift is via G level" and which remote in the instructions is needed for the lift as the remote for lift was not there or the car lift work for us
• Simi (10/5): Very pleasant and comfortable, would be taking the same apartment if available. - Easy to access, well maintained with all needed amenities, the host was amazing and always at my call when I needed to, to make it smooth on our short trip! Felt at home instantly. Nothing at all.

• JEAN (9/5): Appartement fonctionnel en centre ville - Appartement très bien équipé, propre et fonctionnel. Les 2 chambres sont appréciables. Emplacement idéal au centre ville et proche de tout. Je suggère que les informations pour récupérer les clés soient un peu plus détaillées, tout comme l'adresse précise.

• Awfa (5/5): Comfortable stay for my graduation trip. - The apartment was so clean and worth the money spent. Great location too. Would definitely book again if I ever visit Brisbane but had a check-in key issue which may be a deal-breaker for me. Overall, great apartment and listing! Had a whole exchange over broken garage key that was unpleasant and felt so unprofessional. Promised to have someone come over soon but only told me an hour later that no one is coming and requested for me to change the battery on my own. Wasted my time and had to rush to airport to pick up my parents. Didn't even use the parking at all at the end of the day.

• Gabriela (9/5): Superb - It had everything you needed! The owners were really easy to communicate with. We were able to check in early and it was easy to get another set of keys when needed. Great location!
• Annette (10/5): It was absolutely warming - We absolutely loved every bit of our stay in this place. Very family-oriented styled, the living space was open and spacious (plenty room to move around). The host was friendly, and very welcoming. They had all the things that a home needs from bathroom essentials, kitchen utensils, bedding stuff and cleaning supplies. My family and I had a really great time here! None
