- Lydia (10/5): - Restaurant/Bar sind direkt am Strand gelegen. Ein Steg über dem Wasser liefert dabei eine tolle Aussicht auf die Fische, Schildkröten etc. in der geschützen Bucht. Einziges Manko ist die Optik des Deichs. Das Speiseangebot ist für Vegetarier/Veganer eingeschränkt, aber die Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht. Unser Zimmer lag landeinwärts, war aber hervorragend und nett ausgestattet, räumlich sehr gut aufgeteilt (kleiner Küchenbereich mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, Flurbereich, etc.). Man kann im Resort u.a. Kayaks leihen und durch die Mangroven bis hin zum Ozean paddeln. Es sind z.B. Schildkröten oder Rochen zu beobachten. Für Naturliebhaber ein idealer Aufenthaltsort. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt mit viel unberührter Natur und sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Menschen vor Ort. Da die Insel noch relativ unerschlossen ist, war uns die Anmietung eines Mietwagens nicht möglich. Mit dem Taxi und hilfsbereiten Menschen, die uns bei der Organisation eines Bootsausflugs geholfen haben, konnten wir die schönen Korallen in der Unterwasserwelt bestaunen.
