Destaco sobretodo la atención del señor José y su esposa, excelentes anfitriones, siempre dispuestos a ayudar, nos brindaron jugos deliciosos para refrescarnos y café.

• Damian (8/5): Nice and clean - The host were very friendly and helpful, I was allowed to push my motorbike through the building to the courtyard. Air con in the room was good and the bed was comfortable. The location is good. I had a private room with a cold shower, the shower room had a metal roof and when it rained it was like thunder. A little expensive but you’re a captive audience in the area.

• Dao (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean hostel and showers with good hot water. Just a couple minutes walk from the main square in town, and from the Malecón for nice sunset views. Harvey who was volunteering there was an amazing host to our stay, showing us around town and was a great companion. Great value! Can recommend to stay here Nil
• Linah (7/5): Great place but hot - Staff was friendly and helpful and even did my laundry for me and let me check in early I specifically booked a room with air conditioning cause i knew villavieja was going to be hot, but the AC barely worked. Even with the AC on and the fan, the heat was unbearable. I didnt sleep much

• Cornelia (8/5): Very nice place to relax. - The owner doesn’t speak English but he’s super friendly and helps you with whatever you need. (With Google translate you come a long way.) We did our laundry there which was super cheap (I reckon only like 20k). The rooms were nice, big and clean and the hostel is like a 2 minute walk from the centre. You get a ‘good morning coffee’ every morning. :) We were the only ones staying in the hostel so if you’re looking for a social vibe, it’s probably not the place for you. It would be nice if they served breakfast since they don’t really in town except for some bakery’s with dry bread. The water in the shower didn’t really work so then we had to shower in the cabins outside but that was also the bare minimum (not enough to wash the shampoo out of your hair)
