- Fatimah (6/5): A beautiful location with great potential, but a few small details and better hospitality would make the experience much - The location was absolutely beautiful, surrounded by snow with a peaceful and clean environment. It’s a lovely area to enjoy nature and unwind. Unfortunately, the garage was completely blocked by snow, which made access difficult. The outdoor area was also covered in snow, so we couldn’t even walk through to use the outdoor grill. Inside the chalet, there were quite a few spider webs, and the beds were not prepared prior to our arrival. After driving over five hours from Melbourne, we were hoping to relax and not have to make the beds ourselves. Additionally, the coffee machine didn’t have any capsules, which was a small but disappointing detail. Lastly, I found the communication with the chalet owner over the phone to be a bit strict and not as warm or welcoming as expected, which slightly affected the comfort of our stay.

- Rajeev (2/5): Average property and not worth for such price . - 1. Late check in timing in the property is not good at all as per the location. 2. Property was full with cob webs all over for which I sent the pictures to Simone also . Carpets and all sitting lounges are in full dust and family went sneezing all times which was also reported to Simone . 3. We paid for jacuzzi facilities which went off automatically and was out of order for full day but thanks to Simone who sent some technician at 5pm to put it back in order . 4. We paid for the location , property and its facilities but unfortunately we had some disappointments with the property which is in the best location site . 5. Could be maintained well in respective manners for which guest are paying . I really expect to have partial refunds against this booking . Cleanliness inside the property with full of dust . Jacuzzi not working properly. Kitchen part needs to be looked after well in planned manner . All reported to Simone with pictures sent to her .
