- Lynne (8/5): For the short time we were in Salvador, it was an excellent place to stay, - The location was excellent for the purpose of our visit, being 5 blocks away from the wedding venue and my friend's house. Directions on accessing the laundry room would have been extremely helpful because the property advertises that there are laundry facilities. Since we were arriving from another country and were counting on doing laundry, we ended up washing all of our things in the kitchen sink which did not have a watertight plug. (None of the other sinks had plugs either.)As an older person travelling with my sister, we would have appreciated having 2 hand towels to use for cleaning our faces and washing hands. A booklet on general area information would have also been helpful.
