• Susanne (8/5): - Erg leuke appartement. Het was ruim, licht en warm. Goede bedden. Keuken, bad en WC waren schoon en modern Alles werkte goed en openbaar vervoer dicht bij. De slaapkamer was erg stoffig. Er was geen bezem en stoffer en blik in de woning om een keer de kruimels tegen te gaan in de acht dagen van onze verblijf. Martin niet gezien maar goed digitaal contact.

• Dzenita (9/5): Ein modernes und einladendes Apartment. - Die Unterkunft war geräumig, sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Ein kleiner Verbesserungspunkt waren die Kopfkissen, die für unser persönliches Empfinden nicht ganz optimal waren.

• Helin (9/5): Worth it for the money & good value - It’s of the best apartments you can get in Graz for this cheap!! Very good equipment, fridge is stocked with food, drinks and snacks and they have a good variety of tea bags & coffee. Bed- and bathroom are very clean and comfortable. Nothing worth saying!

• Stephen (10/5): - Certainly lived up to it's claim of being spacious - it had more than enough space for two people- including a large and covered balcony. Very modern with high quality fittings.Good, powerful shower. Everything one might need was available. There is a Lidl and a Spar just a short walk away, which is useful. It was in a quiet residential area. Can highly recommend. It was quite a way from the centre of Graz. Didn't bother us too much as we drove in to the centre and parked (c. 15mins drive). It would be nice to have an additional light (eg standing lamp) in the living room for the evenings - the existing lights were quite bright! There was a bit of a drainy smell in the bathroom. Should be aware that there is no television (no problem for us)

• Jochen T. (6/5): Ferienwohnung ist wie beschrieben. Wurden aber bei Ankunft gleich gemaßregelt. - Die Ferienwohnung an sich ist gut ausgestattet. Alles was man so braucht. Eben so wie es in der Beschreibung stand. Man kann mit dem Auto bis vor die Tür fahren. Der Schlüssel zur Ferienwohnung befand sich in einem kleinen Schlüsseltresor am Tor zum Grundstück. Den Code bekamen wir vom Eigentümer per Mail zugesendet. Soweit so gut. Sofort nach unserem Eintreffen sah uns der Vater des Eigentümers und fragte wer wir sind und was wir wollen. (Der Sohn, der die Ferienwohnung vermietete war nicht vor Ort) Also wurden wir gleich abgefangen. Nachdem wir uns vorgestellt hatten wurden uns gleich die "Regeln" genannt, die wir zu beachten haben. Wir standen da noch vor dem Tor und hatten noch keinen Fuß aufs Grundstück gesetzt !! Dann ging es auch schon weiter mit den "Regeln" - Bitte das Tor zu Grundstück nicht offen lassen weil sonst die beiden Hunde weglaufen würden.) Es gab aber noch ein zweites Tor welches geschlossen war !! ) - Nicht vor dem Tor parken (was wir aber laut dem Sohn machen konnten, sofern kein Parkplatz frei gewesen wäre) - Wenn wir dann wieder nach Hause fahren, sollten wir nichts zurücklassen, weil andere Gäste schon viele Sachen zurückgelassen haben (in Kühlschrank und Küche) Wir wurden also schon beim Eintreffen gemaßregelt, was wir in dieser Form noch nie erfahren hatten ! Wir sind schon in sehr vielen Ferienwohnungen gewesen, und haben diese auch immer wieder sauber verlassen !! Wenn wir nicht aus unvorhersehbaren privaten Gründen am nächsten Tag hätten abreisen müssen, wären wir sowieso abgereist.
• Gabor (10/5): beautiful modern and clean apartment close to the center - The apartment is on the entire 2nd floor of a house. The apartment has windows to all possible directions, so there is a lot of light if needed, but with the modern automatic window shades the apartment can be made dark, so perfect for hot summer days as well. There is a nice bathroom with shower and window, separate toilet with window, huge big entry hall which leads to the kitchen and dining room . The kitchen is extremely well equipped. After the dining hall there is a big living room with a huge sofa. The bedroom opens from the living room. The bedroom has a very comfortable bed and a lot of storage space. The balcony is a huge terrace, the entry is from the living room. The area is very nice. The train station is only about half an hour walk, but the town cetner can be also reached by bus no 62. The area is mostly residential with some block of flats and separate houses. There is Spar and Lidl in waling distance and a big Billa within 5 min bus ride. Very pleasant area. Easy communication with the friendly host.

• Olga (10/5): Exceptional - I had an excellent stay at this apartment in Graz! The space was super modern and very spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. Everything was impeccably clean, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the wonderful terrace, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the surroundings. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Graz who values stylish, clean, and comfortable accommodation!

• Mariko (10/5): Super nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood - Overall the apartment was super nice. It was one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed for a short term. It got an amazing kitchen and nice balcony in addition to very spacious rooms. The location was a bit far from the center and tram stops. On the other hand the neighborhood was very quiet which is a plus. The only inconvenience I experienced at the apartment was the placement of the sink being too high for me.

• Alexey (3/5): Would recommend to people looking for trippy experiences. - The host sure does have a sence of humour The address was unclear which lead to confusion by both me and the taxi driver. There are no pictures of the building and entrance. At midnight was a little too much. The host seemed to be annoyed but rushed to location and was like “What’s the problem, chill, be happy” and showed no sign of interest in my problem. A asked the host about taxis to the airport. He kindly provede a website that didn’t take such urgent (i have a screenshot) order and a phone number that didn’t respond. When i told about to the host in a message this morning he said everything was working and suggested to use google.

• Jasmina (10/5): Exceptional - Loved absolutely everything about this place. It has a great location, not too far from the city center and easy to reach with tram number 7 or with the bus. The neighborhood is quiet and calm. The apartmant was spacious, clean & comfortable. There are plenty of snacks, some sweets and drinks available (you have to pay for it, but it's very convenient if you need something). There was everything we may need in case if we wanted to cook. Also Martin was a really good host and always available for our questions. Loved it!

• Viktorm (9/5): A spacious, modern, comfy apartment, good value - The apartment is completely new, very spacious and modern with all necessary amenities. Beds are comfy, there's a peaceful large terrace and the location is fairly okay, about 25 minutes bus/tram ride to the center. The owner is friendly and easy to communicate with. Maybe better instructions for the AC because we didn't manage to make it work properly even with the snowflake setting on the remote. But the owner has been notified and will provide better instructions for new guests. Otherwise there's really not much else to say, it was a very pleasant stay.
