S (2/5): Poor cleaning and preparation. I had an uncomfortable stay. - The host was considerate enough to listen and provided clean bedsheets when I raised issue. They also provided a refund of 5% + cleanliness fee based on my poor experience and discomfort. Hair was found in the bed and bath tub. Utensils and plates were left unwashed and stacked as is with food on it. Someone's clothes were left in the washing machine, which had a bad odour as well. Surfaces were dusty, and both the bedsheets and sofa had stains. The refrigerator also had some dirt stuck on the bottom surface. These are not minor oversights, but clear signs of inadequate cleaning and preparation. They affected both the comfort and hygiene of my stay.
Loren (7/5): Great location for Congress - Location is great for the Congress Center. Construction on building exterior started at 7AM daily. Was not made aware of this issue.
Riezyl (8/5): Very good. Comfortable. I would recommend this place to solo travellers. - I like how homey it felt. Very comfortable and basic necessities were really available. There was no elevator. I had a hard time carrying my bags up the 6th floor.
