• Maria Idoia (9/5): - Un apartamento más que correcto y muy preparado para grupos grandes. Estado correcto de limpieza y tener dos baños es un plus. El anfitrión muy atento y usamos el servicio que nos ofreció para recogernos y llevarnos al aeropuerto, lo cual nos facilitó mucho las cosas.
• Valentina (9/5): Molto comodo - Struttura molto pulita, posizione ottima a poca distanza dalla casa danzante. Due bagni di cui uno con bidet! Cucina spaziosa, in generale casa accogliente e comunicazione con l' host ottima Solo un paio di difetti, la ricezione internet era un po' bassa nelle camere, e non abbiamo trovato una scopa per spazzare (nonostante l'appartamento fosse molto pulito, ci siamo stati una settimana e sarebbe stato utile spazzare). In una camera il letto matrimoniale sprofonda un po' e c'è una sola presa vicino al letto.

• Catia (7/5): Foi uma boa estadia mas com algumas falhas - Quartos espaçosos, camas confortáveis, cozinha equipada A varanda não era para o rio Utilizamos a cozinha para fazer o almoço e ficamos 30min sem luz (só com a placa e o forno ligado)
• Marian (8/5): - La amplitud del apartamento, que lo hace muy cómodo a pesar de que éramos 6 personas,su ubicación, cerca del centro y con buenas comunicaciones con cualquier punto de la ciudad y, sobretodo, la ayuda prestada por el propietario en todo momento. (Gracias por solucionar el problema del wifi tan rápido) Hay algunas cosillas que mejorar: éramos 6 y una de las camas no tenía funda nórdica ni de almohada, no había o no vimos ni gel ni champú, son pequeños detalles que incomodan.

Dwie łazienki, obszerne pokoje i wygodna, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Bylismy w 9 osób - czwórka dorosłych i piątka prawie dorosłych nastolatków - każdy miał przestrzeń dla siebie wszystko było ok

• Rob (9/5): Excellent apartment within walking distance of city centre - Great location. Very spacious well equipped property. Spotlessly clean. Owner Willem and driver Vladimir are really approachable and responsive, helpful and a pleasure to deal with Not a didn’t like and only a minor point. There is plenty of bedding (pillows and duvets) in the property but no spare bed linens. It was sufficient for a long weekend and I am sure if raised with the owner it would have been sorted really quickly but for a longer stay some spare linens would be needed. If not for this, I would have scored the property 10

В близост до хранителни магазини, ресторанти и търговски центрър. Предлага възможност за по-голяма компания от нашата. Няма осигурен безплатен паркинг, ако сте с автомобил.

• Shashank (9/5): Superb - Two families stayed for two nights at this accomodation. It is very close to the dancing house and the Charles bridge. Perfect to take a walk around the city on foot. Even the tram stop is very close by. The person who handed over the key was very friendly and helpful. The house itself had everything we needed including a well equipped kitchen. We would gladly recommend this accomodation to our friends too! Thank you. Nothing really. Everything was great!
• Kostiadis (10/5): Amazing value for money homely apartment a stones throw from bustling Prague city centre - What a brilliant property, and superb value for money! Beautiful high ceilings in a quiet location, but only a short walk from the centre of Prague which you can get to quietly on the same side of the river or cross and go the busier way. Beautiful views of the river are only footsteps away. The apartment was secure and the managers fantastic at responding to questions and being helpful. The flat was clean, and beds were super comfortable and the showers both great. The kitchen also had everything you need. There were also restaurants and a supermarket and many coffee shops in the immediate vicinity, which allowed for some quieter time outside of the centre when needed. The apartment comfortable sleeps 8, so for a group or a large family, this represents superb value for money. We would definitely stay here again. It felt very homely. Very little needed changing for the cost we paid. If anything, a few small toiletries included would have been handy (shower gel, shampoo etc) ad it’s a pain taking with you for a short trip. This however, wasn’t essential but just a thought.

• Тодоров (9/5): Superb - Comfortable apartment, suitable for 3-6 persons. First floor, large living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Walking distance from the historic center of Prague. The Smihov shopping center is located nearby. Convenient transport links with metro and tram. I recommend the place.
• Hannes (9/5): Very well equipped and big apartment which is close to many of the attractions. - Very roomy apartment with plenty of room. Finding parking can be an issue during busy periods.
• Chirag (9/5): Very nice apartment - Very spacious apartment, big bed rooms, nice hall and kitchen, nice two bathrooms with toilets which enough for 2 families, near to river and river bridge and near by public transportation like tram, bus, metro. Owner arranged two fans quickly on request as it was too hot. Also kitchen towels and toilet rolls were not enough but they were arranged by owner also. No washing machine or dryer. No shampoos or shower gel as it's not included. One bathroom has no door lock so you have to be careful with that.

• Diego (9/5): Great weekend in Prague - The apartment is in a good location in front of the Dancing House, on the opposite river bank. Twenty minutes away from the Old Town in a quiet neighborhood. Rooms are really big and the living room is cozy. WiFi works properly and the kitchen is well equipped with microwave and dish washer.

By the river- close to the main attractions but not directly in the Centre- so less crowd and better access to tasty and cheaper restaurants than on the main market. Be aware of possible hot water shortages espacially when everyone will decide to take a shower in the morning.
• Mardari (10/5): Nice spacious apartment in a brilliant location 😊 - The apartment was clean, very spacious, and in a great location. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Close to shopping centre, public transport and within walking distance to the Old Town Square Christmas Market. Would definitely recommend it. This is not bad or negative, but something to note...we couldn't use the oven as there were no trays. Also, there is no TV in the apartment.
