• Craescu (10/5): The apartment is beautiful, very very close to the metro station, basically you have the metro station in front of the b - The property looks amazing, you have all the facilities, it s chic, it s luminous and made with good taste in design The metro is in front of the building and you have easy access to the airport, which was a plus for us. The floor in the first bathroom was a little dirty, maybe invest more in cleaning

• Atar (8/5): - מיקום מושלם. דירה מרווחת, מאבזרת ונוחה. ישנם שני חדרי מקלחת ושירותים. באחד מהם יש ריח רע מאוד כנראה ממערכת הביוב הישנה בבניין. המארח לא היה מאוד שירותי. לא קיבלנו שירות בדברים די בסיסיים.

• Angelika (10/5): - Despite its very central location, the flat is so quiet and cozy. The space is beautifully designed, with attention to detail. There are many sites around (also ancient), metro just a few steps away, with easy access from and to the airport. Kind host, good communication. Very likely there are some canalisation issues in the building, perhaps due to its age. As a result there’s a specific smell the bathroom, yet there isn’t a real pipe issue, just the smell. I suspect, that the flat owner can’t really do much about it.

W pełni wyposażona kuchnia, włączając zmywarkę i pralkę. Ogólnie wszystko co potrzeba nawet na dłuższy pobyt. Kamienica jest w dramatycznym stanie. Samo mieszkanie ciemne i ponure, gdyż okna wychodzą na zabudowany balkon i podwórko kamienicy - widoki z okien takie, że lepiej trzymać je zasłonięte. Bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach w łazience.

• Francesca (9/5): Appartamento moderno e centralissimo - Sicuramente la posizione!! Davanti alla metro serdika, in pieno centro. Si può visitare tutto tranquillamente a piedi. Non deve spaventare l'ingresso molto "decadente", l'appartamento è ristrutturato e ha tutto ciò che serve, compreso macchina del caffè, microonde, grande tv con Netflix ecc... Buona la pulizia, ottima la qualità /prezzo. Un po di odore di scarico nel bagno, ma credo dipenda dal circuito fognario di Sofia. In dotazione comunque c è del deodorante, quindi, nessun problema.
• Mike_Fusco (9/5): Posizione Super Centrale - La posizione super centrale, praticamente si alloggia al centro di Sofia accanto alla statua di Santa Sofia, a 10 minuti a piedi da tutte le principali attrazioni della città. Inoltre all'uscita del palazzo si trova la stazione della metropolitana e varie fermate dei tram, dall'aeroporto di Sofia con la metro si arriva praticamente sotto all'appartamento, al costo di 1,60 Lev, circa € 0,80, non fatevi truffare dai taxi in aeroporto che chiedono € 20,00 per portavi in centro citta. L'appartamento è molto spazioso e arredato con gusto, l'appartamento è composto da due enormi camere da letto e due bagni ed è completa di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Come detto in altre recensioni non fatevi ingannare dal palazzo, l'appartamento è davvero bello. Unica nota stonata il cattivo odore del bagno.

La literie est confortable ainsi que le logement dans son ensemble. La difficulté à obtenir de l'eau chaude. Des odeurs désagréables dans la salle de bain. Pas d'ouvertures, il y a un mur devant la fenêtre de la cuisine. Pas de sèche-cheveux ni de produits pour faire la vaisselle à la main. L'entrée et la montée d'escaliers ne sont pas très accueillants.

• Davor (9/5): Cozy flat in the center of Sofia - A cozy flat on a great location at the very heart of Sofia, on a walking distance to all major attractions and directly at the metro station Serdica! Easy contactless access, comfortable bed, shared terrace and a smaller private terrace, new furniture and easy communication with staff. An excellent choice even for the longer stay! Everything was fine.

• RohanS001 (10/5): Excellent apartment for exploring Sofia. - The apartment is in an excellent location for exploring Sofia—many attractions are within easy walking distance, and the airport is just a straightforward train ride away. The space itself is maintained to a very high standard: spotlessly clean, well-equipped with everything you might need, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The main bed was exceptionally comfortable, and both bedrooms, as well as the living room, were spacious and inviting. Check-in was simple and hassle-free. Overall, this apartment proved to be the perfect choice for our 4-day stay in Sofia. The vacuum cleaner wasn’t working properly and seemed to be clogged, but it should be an easy fix. The view from the second bedroom was not great as it looked onto a shared internal courtyard.

Super close to Vitosha boulevard where you'll find plenty of restaurants, and you have the metro right by the door that goes straight to the airport. Hard to beat really. - The apartment is very stylish and modern, easily the best looking non-hotel accommodation I have stayed in - There is both AC and heating functioning properly - The rooms were very spacious and comfortable - There is an outside small courtyard for smokers - The host hit the perfect balance between non-intrusive and helpful. - Very affordable price (perhaps not to Bulgarian standards) The shower in the bathroom connected to the living room can get a bit of a mess because the water gets everywhere if you're not careful. If it wasn't for this, it would have been a perfect stay.

It was really clean and with a lot of items free to use,the beds Super comfy and the rooms really big, kitchen with everything you need and Living room really spacious with a comfy Sofà as well and super stylish, there Is as well a shared terrace where you can some if you want, well done for the staff Is always ready if you need assistance,probably i will come back here for my next visit in Sofia👍🏻 If I really want to find a fault, the only thing is that the shower hole in the second bathroom did not suck the water quickly so you had to be careful not to flood the second bathroom because the shower is open style with no barriers.
• Mark (9/5): Beautiful choice in Sofia - Stayed here on my return to Sofia after travelling in Bulgaria. The location is perfect. Right in the city centre and only 20 metres from the metro entrance that will take you directly to the train station/bus station/airport. The apartment is great and had the most comfortable bed I had in Bulgaria. Check in was straight forward and simple with clear instructions and the agent stayed in contact through my stay to ensure everything was OK. My only concern was the locks on the door were complicated. One deadlock for the key and two above and the top lock had multiple settings. I actually locked myself in one evening and took about 45 minutes to find a way out

Parking is about 3 leva / hour, so not cheap.

In general it was really good, the bed was comfy, the couch with the small table was really convenient for resting and the kitchen facilities were on point,, I'd recommend a vase to be put there for flowers :) To be honest i cant really think of anything I didn't like.

The furniture in the apartment was so beautiful that we wanted to ask where they got each of them :) In many parts of the house you will find sweets to welcome you and a wonderful handwritten note. I've been to many places and I've never felt so at home before. The location is also great. Located right next to the metro station, within walking distance to everywhere. Since the building is very old, there is a damp smell in the house, but it goes away when aired. I guess there isn't much homeowners can do about this situation.

However, it was solved quickly via telephone call. The apartment had no proper wardrobe (and there is more than enough space to place it somewhere). There are only few shelves to put your clothes, so no place to hang your suits, shirts or dresses, which seemed a bit weird.

Apps in good conditions, everything is branded new, any required facilities are excelent no AC in flat, so it was hot. Also, there's shared terrace with other flat.

One room required to close windows because of loud from the street. Clarify the instructions about self check-in - we needed 15 mins to find the keys.
