• Philip (3/5): Poor accommodation perfect position. - The location of the property is excellent even if the building has the feel of an old Victorian prison. It's described as newly refurbished but everything in the property is old and tired, the furniture, fittings and flooring all require updating.

• Jack (6/5): Great location/great communication from hosts - In depth clean needed between stays - Great location - Close to temple bar and nightlife Host was easy to get hold of and was helpful when needed The cleanliness wasn't the best - we found a pair of pink female pants in the sofa, toilet seat was broken and pretty much falling off A thorough clean is required for future users and ensure all beds are fully made before people arrive
• Trudy (1/5): Keep looking for another place to stay - The apartment location was great and easy walking distance to various places in the Temple Bar area. The tea kettle, stove and refrigerator worked. No internet, no heat, washer/dryer unit stained clothing, smelled, no curtain on entry door window, lumpy beds, poor pillows, second hand furniture, we rewashed the dishes as they were dirty, nepresso machine didn't work, etc.
• Jane (2/5): Dirty dirty dirty - Location was close to attrations. Dirty, bugs on window sill, pills under the bed, hole in kitchen wall, lighter under the bed, personal items from other left. They should be thrown away.

Letting in noise and rain Door to bedroom latch didn’t work meaning the door wouldn’t stay closed No hot water in the kitchen sink tap and not kitchen sink plug available Apartment was very dirty and mouldy
• Michael (1/5): This property is NOT suitable for rent. I would ask that we get a refund for the 1 nite at least. - The LOCATION was great, right in the middle of it. Our property was NOT rent appropriate. It was not clean; dirty from the rug/walls/moldy baseboards/broken seat toilet/stained bedding. We LEFT THE PROPERTY after 15 hours and spent an extra $370 to stay at the Hard Rock Cafe Hotel! It was NOT what was shown in the description. It said it was above the Temple Bar and had an image of the bar. It was located 3-4 blocks away.
