• Xiaoxiang (10/5): - Very close to beach and L1 metro in a quiet neighborhood. Very nice and spacious apartment for our family of 3. Met the very nice host and communications are very responsive. Have everything we need and expected. Definitely would consider it again when visiting Barcelona. Nothing really. Just be aware that it is close to the beach but not walkable to other tourists attractions, but only 1 block from metro. Also, somehow I could not message directly the host in the booking.com app, which I can do for all my other reservations.

• Lucia (10/5): - The apartment is located in a quiet area, 15 min walking to the perfect beach, 25min walking to the Sagrade familia. Metro, bus station, shops, everything is near. We spent there with 2 sons (9y,10y) very nice time. -

• Julia (10/5): - Wir haben uns in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Apartment sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Aufteilung war super, die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen und alles war sehr kinderfreundlich – ideal für unsere 1,5-jährige Tochter, die die Unterkunft ebenfalls sofort ins Herz geschlossen hat. Die Lage im Stadtteil Poblenou war perfekt: ruhiger als das Zentrum, aber trotzdem sehr gut angebunden. Mit der Metro waren wir überall schnell, und direkt in der Umgebung gab es viele Cafés, Supermärkte und sogar eine eigene kleine Rambla – ideal für einen entspannten Start in den Tag oder einen Abendspaziergang. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! -

• Eva (8/5): Che bello!! - L'appartamento è pulito, ordinato, molto carino e ben fornito. Al nostro arrivo infatti abbiamo trovato a nostra disposizione una cucina ben equipaggiata (lavastoviglie, macchinetta del caffè, numerose stoviglie ecc ) e un armadio con ombrelloni, palloni, ferri da stiro, lavatrice e molto altro. In generale la nostra esperienza è stata assolutamente positiva, il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha fornito personalmente le chiavi della casa (il che oggigiorno è diventato quasi insolito, ma è un particolare che apprezzo molto) e ci ha consigliato vari ristoranti/luoghi da non perdere durante il nostro soggiorno. Io e le mie compagne di viaggio abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto la gentilezza nel permetterci di tenere le valigie nella struttura ben oltre l'orario del check out. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, si è a pochi passi (una quindicina di minuti circa) dalla zona della Barceloneta e per raggiungere il centro storico (Sagrada familia, case di Gaudi ecc) basta prendere la metro a 2 minuti dall'appartamento, il che è comodissimo. Sia il wifi sia il condizionatore funzionano molto bene. Consiglio caldamente questa struttura a tutti coloro che desiderano un appartamento carino, ad un prezzo giusto, al mezzo tra la zona delle spiagge/discoteca e il centro storico. L'unica pecca che posso trovare in questa struttura, ma che è stata preventivata tempestivamente dal proprietario al nostro arrivo (e che avevamo già letto in alcune recensioni), è il malfunzionamento della doccia, che riesce a dare acqua calda solo per una decina di minuti, quindi se si intende fare la doccia una persona dopo l'altra, è possibile che qualcuno debba farla fredda. Detto questo, posso dire che viaggiando a metà luglio e con il clima di Barcellona, per me e le mie amiche questo "difetto" non è assolutamente stato un problema, anzi!

• Marija (10/5): - We really loved this place. It was quite comfortable and had everything we needed (our host even went extra mile and provided stuff for our baby that we hadn't even requested). Location was also spot on - near central attractions but still away from the hustle and with bunch of great cafes around. We also loved the park next to the building since it could be used to chill out during hours when it was too hot outside. Finally, we were able to leave our luggage in the apartment before check-in time which made our lives much easier. Though we were able to leave our luggage when we arrived, it took quite some time for apartment to be ready for check-in (later than specified omd Booking). Nothing major but a bit inconvenient given the baby and high temperature outside.

• Ashwin (7/5): Good but expensive place to stay near the main tourist sights for a weekend getaway - The apartment is suitable for a small family and is well located close to many supermarkets and walking distance from the beach. Many Barcelona tourist sights are a few minutes walk away. The host is very friendly and allowed us to leave luggage after checkout. The apartment has two sofa beds and the hot water in the shower runs out due to a small geyser (was well explained by the host during checkin). There is a foul smell coming in the bathroom and as the door is not airtight it spills to the main bedroom.
• David (2/5): Dissappointing - We were meet quickly and shown the apt The property was advertised as a 2 bed apt and I paid for a two bed apt , however the apt was a studio with no real bedrooms and gave no privacy to each other. The apt should have been advertised correctly and at a fair costs.
• Amanda (10/5): Exceptional - We loved this studio apartment, it was an extremely comfortable stay. It was enough for our family of four, a large double bed, the two sofas became single beds. We were in a great location, close to the beach (about 10 min walk), nearby to a lovely area, (again 10 min walk)with lively bars and restaurants. Jordi gave us some amazing information on great places to visit, restaurants, places for brunch. We loved our stay in Barcelona, we especially loved being able to cool off at the beach after our sightseeing.
• Reinis (8/5): Very nice apartment! - Good location, close to sea and downtown. In general very nice apartment. Sound isolation was very poor, if somebody from other apartments is having party or coming back from "night life" it is quite well hearable.
• Yue (8/5): We enjoyed our stay. - The location is good. Walking distance to the beach and 2 minutes to the metro station. The neighborhood is quiet with restaurants and coffee shops around, which we like. The window overlooks over green trees (even in winter) and makes it cozy. The interior design is nice and feels like home. The owners are kind and helpful too. The shower only lasts at most 10 minutes which is not convenient for a family of four. But it's okay if you take a shower at different time of the day. The owner kindly explained that it's due to the limited capacity of an old facility, which we understand. It didn't bother us too much since the weather is not hot and we are not sweaty. The living room serves as the second bedroom and is not fully separated from the bedroom, which makes it inconvenient if you want a second room to work after the kids sleep. But anyway, we enjoyed our stay still.
