Angelique (1/5): Big brother is watching, geen service en vies appartement - Dit is een hele slechte binnenkomst, het adres van het appartement klopt niet met wat ze adverteren. Bij aankomst is er niemand voor ontvangst en ze nemen de telefoon ook niet op, lakens waren niet schoon en het appartement was ook slecht schoongemaakt. Via de chat sturen ze je een code van de deur waarbij ze claimen dat niemand de code heeft, ze houden je in de gaten met een camera en nadat je tegen het einde van je vakantie ziet sturen ze iemand naar je appartement om je te beroven, ik heb de politie gebeld omdat ze nergens op reageren. Ik hoop dat booking.com deze accommodatie verwijdert want het is absoluut niet veilig en de service is heel slecht, ik gun niemand zo een ervaring op vakantie.
Nataya (4/5): - The only thing I can say I liked was the private parking. Even that wasn’t so private because the walk in door that’s supposed to be locked and secured was actually broken. The property is not secured as the door to enter the property was broken. Anyone can enter which isn’t ideal since the neighborhood doesn’t seem the safest. I saw a cap to a needle on the steps walking upstairs to my unit. The inside of the apartment really needs a DEEP CLEANING. Even the dishes are worn out and the utensils have rust on them. That’s a health and safety hazard. The sheets do not seem clean as they have a stench. And the pillows are flat and dirty. I feel like you all should really replace everything in the units as we are paying our hard earned money for a pleasant stay.
