• Sarah Hankinson (10/5): Absolutely loved it - It was so close to so many things to do, bars, restaurants, shopping, transport. It was quiet and very comfortable. The shower was awesome. It had everything I wanted. The washing machine was too hard for me to figure out 🤣

• Catherine (3/5): If you like worn out IKEA and a building that’s like a slum, stay here - The location was good but that was it I got soaked in the rain waiting for the entrance instructions to be sent and I had to make an expensive call to get them. The building is rundown and looks like a slum. The elevator never worked and no one explained that I had to turn on a knob on a radiator to get heat. The bedding was not comfortable and the kitchen had very little to work with. Someone who lived in the building had to show me how to unlock the door to leave the building. There were nice hotels in the same area that were less expensive than this shoddy place.

My flight arrived earlier and they were extrumly helpful. This is my second stay there, and for sure will not be the last. Thank you, again!!!

• Nikolaos (10/5): - Πολύ προσεγμένο και πεντακάθαρο το διαμέρισμα. Ιδανική τοποθεσία, στο κέντρο της πόλης. Δίπλα σε χώρους εστίασης, αξιοθέατα κ μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς.Ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ ευγενικός και φιλόξενος.Θα το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε σίγουρα.Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

• Fedir (8/5): - Розташування квартири чудове: усі цікаві місця Софії у межах пішої доступності. Квартира чиста та простора й відповідає своїй ціні. В душі була тільки холодна вода.Бойлер не працював і хазяйка це замовчала. Якщо з ранку це ще більш-менш прийнятно, то ввечері - це реально було неприємно.

• Harriet (9/5): Perfect, central base for exploring Sofia - Very central, quiet building, spotlessly clean, comfy bed, Aircon and TV easy to work if desired, plenty of towels, lovely bathroom with excellent shower with fantastic water pressure. Building felt secure and flat was a great size for two. Perfect base for a couple of days' exploring Sofia. Plenty of comfy seating with a big sofa, two coffee tables and good size table and chairs for eating. Not much not to like! Oddly, there was no actual washing up liquid or tea towel although plenty of hand soap and shower soap and a very useful roll of paper but this is nothing to do with the quality of the accommodation, which was great.

• Simon (8/5): Decent, but it could've been cleaner - The location, the apartment building and Wifi. The floor wasn't too clean, the kitchen was a bit worn and it can get quite noisy (due to cars revving up their engines) if you leave the windows open.
• Igor (8/5): Nice location, clean and cozy flat - Location, location, location. Historical center with charming streets, beautiful facades and nice restaurants. And the wi-fi was actually quite speedy. Adding a kettle would be advisable, not everyone likes coffee. For a cup of tea I had to boil water in a pan.

• Roderick (9/5): Great find, the rating is spot on would be happy to stay here again. - The location was fantastic, the property had everything we needed. It was nice and warm when we arrived and was very clean. We were close but not too close to the bust areas. There was a smell from the drains, that's just how it is in some places. Other than that the property was fantastic.

• Lee (9/5): Apartment next to Vitorsha Boulevard - The apartment is easy to find once you've filled the forms out. You'll be sent instructions. It's so close to vitorsha boulevard, with restaurants, bars, etc, and all the nightlife off the strip. The apartment is in an old block on the second floor with a small lift and stairs , but it was OK for our 1 night stay and is fairly modern inside and does look like the images. Aside from my negative comments, I would stay here again. The owner was very accommodating and allowed us to check in a little earlier. I would return to stay here as it's very convenient and central if you're just here for a weekend. The bed is fairly comfortable, and there were lots of fresh linen, towels, and duvets. You certainly can't beat the location for the price. No kettle if you want to to make a drink of 3 in 1 or a coffee bag, they do have an espresso machine with a few pods but filling a big mug of hot water from this machine took ages! The shower was very powerful and hot but it could of been cleaner, there were spots of mould and dirt in the shower.
