• Gayatrini (9/5): Superb :) - Apartment is located in a peaceful location with good parking. This is a 3 bedroom apartment and it is more than enough for 3 people. Full house is clean and equipped with all the utilities. Kitchen is neat and clean.

• Emilie (8/5): - Ruim en zeer schoon compleet appartement! Handig gelegen; eigen parkeerplaats en 20 minuten lopen naar Lindau Insel. Inchecken, uitchecken en locatie vinden/bereiken zeer gemakkelijk. Op dit moment zijn er bouwwerkzaamheden, overdag en door de week, voor de deur. Het appartement op de tweede verdieping is met de trap bereikbaar.

• Eric (10/5): Excellent séjour dans cet appartement spacieux et agréable. Je recommande. - L'appartement spacieux (grand salon très agréable, chambres spacieuses) et lumineux, l'équipement de la cuisine, la situation géographique (proximité à pied de la presqu'île de Lindau et des axes routiers). Les prospectus touristiques disponibles se révèlent fort utiles pour découvrir la région. Le petit plus serait de mettre à disposition un distributeur de gel douche/savon dans la salle de bain. Il y avait du savon mais que pour les mains.
• Bernd (10/5): - Sehr schöne, neue und saubere Wohnung, die für bis zu 4 Personen alles hat, wirklich sehr gut. war rundum sehr schön, die Lage nicht genial, aber wer eh unterwegs ist und sich Lindau ansehen will, das passt, zum draussen sitzen nicht super, aber deswegen waren wir nicht dort.

Schöne Wohnung in einer ruhigen Umgebung mit genug Platz und vor allem mit einer super Ausgangslage Richtung Reutin und Lindau Insel. Wir kommen gerne wieder! - - -

• Luis (8/5): Muy recomendable. - Casi todo. La ubicación, a 800m de la "isla" de Lindau a la que se llega andando comodamente. El aparcamiento gratis, que nos permitió no usar el coche en los dos días que estuvimos. El apartamento está limpio y es espacioso, la cama era cómoda y en la cocina teníamos de todo (excepto cafetera, pero los dueños nos trajeron una de cápsulas rápidamente). Por poner una pequeña pega, la caldera hace algo de ruido pero al estar dentro del baño, con cerrar la puerta está solucionado.

• Daniela (8/5): Sehr gelungen, leider zu kurz😉 - Wir waren in der Wohnung im ersten Stock und fanden sie sehr angenehm, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Fenster sind sehr gut, daher hört man den Sportplatz der Jugendherberge auch bei viel Aktivität nicht. Die Lage ist eben ebenfalls perfekt. Persönlich wäre mir eine Lage weiter weg von der Jugendherberge und der Baustelle lieber, aber tatsächlich hat es uns gar nicht gestört.

• Marie1912 (10/5): Tolle Aufenthalt! Super Sauber. - Super Lage. Lindaupark großes Shoppingcenter nicht mal 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Auch nach lindau rein zum Leuchtturm keine 20 Minuten gemütlich zu Fuß. Super Lage nach Österreich und der Schweiz in wenigen Minuten. Super sauber !! Gerne wieder !
• Marion (8/5): Schöne Ferienwohnung mit guter Lage - Die Unterkunft lag für uns gut, da wir Lindau Reutim angereist sind. Auf die Insel sind es ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß, was ein schöner Spaziergang ist. Die Unterkunft ist sehr groß und ist wirklich gut gelegen. Trotz Nähe zur Straße und Jugendherberge schön ruhig. Wir haben dort nur geschlafen, aber die Wohnung schien alles Annehmlichkeiten zu besitzen. Auf hohem Niveau gejammert: die Decken waren etwas dünn. Außerdem war die Wohung schon sehr teuer, das ist aber in Lindau normal!

• Dennis (9/5): Great property and location for a Lindau stay! - This apartment is in a very good location - just down the street from Lindau Reutin train station but off the main road - very quiet with a good shopping nearby. It waa very easy to get to Old Town - 10 minute walk with beautiful scenery, parks, historical landmarks, etc. and there is good Italian take-out on-site. The landlord was very good with communications and check-in instructions. I would inform future renters this apartment is really on the 3rd floor with fairly steep steps - not a problem for my family but it could be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. No complaints from my family.

• MaryAnn (9/5): Nice, clean 2 bedroom apartment. - Nice apartment with 2 rooms. Very clean and comfortable. The apartment is on the top floor so you have to carry your luggage up stairs.

• Stefanie (9/5): - Es hätte uns besser gefallen, wenn die Fahrräder in einem verschlossenen , überdachten Raum geparkt wären. Das Schild am Keller, Fahrrad und Hobbyraum, war auch missverständlich, da es nun eine Wohnung ist. Das Fewo Parkplatz Schild, fürs Auto, ist eher über 2 Parkplätze ausgeschildert, als deutlich für einen. Das hat natürlich kurz zur Irritation der Anwohner geführt.
• Peter (9/5): Würden dort wieder wohnen und können es weiterempfehlen. Ein Wohlfühlort. - Gute ruhige Lage nahe dem Bahnhof und in Fussreichweite zur Insel. Grosse geräumige Wohnung. Gut ausgestattet. Nur in der Küche haben ein paar Kleinigkeiten gefehlt, haben den Besitzer informiert.

• Sylvia (7/5): Die Wohnung hat für Ausflüge rund um Lindau eine ideale Lage. - Sehr gepflegte, saubere Dachgeschoss Wohnung mit 2 separaten Schlafräumen (1 größerer mit Doppelbett, 1 kleinerer mit Einzelbett). Direkt vor dem Haus steht ein Verkaufswagen für leckere Pizza, Pasta etc. 2. OG ohne Lift, durch das DG war es während unseres Aufenthaltes leider sehr warm (keine Kritik!!)

Es war im Dachgeschoss unglaublich warm,aber in jedem Schlafzimmer ist ein Ventilator und mit offenem Fenster richtig angenehm zu schlafen. Für 4 Personen vom Preis gerechtfertigt,für 2 ein wenig zu hoch.

• Stephan (10/5): Spacious, comfortable and spotless modern apartment within easy walking distance of Lindau Insel - Parking directly outside the property. Keys easy to collect in a key safe. The apartment was spotless, spacious and very well equipped. We didn't want for anything really. Lindau Island is only a 15 minute walk away (perfectly safe at any time) so the apartment is a good base to do some sightseeing from, not just as a 1 night stopover. A pizza-van was operating downstairs (not causing any nuisance). We didn't use it but it could have been handy as a nearby source of food (there are no other apart from in the old town, whether restaurants or shops). Nothing.
