• IRINA (8/5): Great location, nice terrace! - Great location, walking distance to all main sightseeing. Trastevere is also very lively district with a lot of cafes and bars. Property has a lovely terrace with a view. I think some of the linens could be renewed.

La gestione delle zone comuni, é stato passato L’olio nel cotto sulle scale senza adeguate segnalazioni, sono caduto nelle scale rompendo lo schermo dell’iPad, per fortuna solo lievi acciacchi al fondoschiena e a un braccio, solo la mia prontezza a evitato danni maggiori. Bisogna prestare maggiore attenzione ai dettagli e non dare nulla per scontato.

• Amber (10/5): Excellent apartment; highly recommend! - Instructions were very detailed. Access to the front door and the description to find the apartment were very precise. The staff checked in with us via Whatsapp throughout our stay, which was nice. We purchased a couple of extras and they all worked seamlessly. The apartment is everything that is pictured. It feels very spacious and well organized. Everything we needed was provided. The veranda may be the nicest in the entire complex - it certainly felt that way. We loved this location - we were visiting our son who was studying at JCU for the summer and this was a perfect location. The nightlife and restaurants of this area are spectacular. I highly recommend this apartment. We loved our stay here. You must have your own internet/cellular service to access the property, and they do notify you of this in advance. However, when I got to Rome my service wasn't working (still need to figure out why), so it was a little stressful and we had to navigate providing the website access to someone with service in order to get in. Once in and able to access the WiFi you could use it to access the room later - it would be nice to provide it to people in advance in orderto account for blips in cell service while traveling.

• Melissa (10/5): Staff were always there to help - The outdoor balcony was great for some chill time. Great location. The pool was closed for two hours everyday. At the hots time when we were be back for a rest with the kids.

• Leslie (10/5): Great, cozy space in the middle of lively Trastevere! - Ths apartment is in a great location in the center of Trastevere, but off to a quiet street to be away enough from the noise at night. It is a great, cozy space with an amazing terrace in a peaceful courtyard that makes you forget you're in the middle of the city. It's equiped with all the utilities you would need for a longer stay. While we didn't have a car, there is paid street parking nearby and paid garages. The Best Rent team offers a keyless experience, so no need to wait for a person to retrieve the keys. It is very easy and quick to communicate with the team and very accomodating.

• Laura (8/5): Great stay! - This property is in a very good location, very close to some great restaurants and walking distance to most "must see" places in Rome. It is spacious, and a patio is a bonus! Loved the church bells every morning from nearby. Overall, we loved this place and would stay again. Street noise may be an issue for light sleepers but I don't think it's unique to this property in Rome.

• Robert (9/5): For a summer stay in Rome this was as good as it gets! - The loft apartment was really well set out. All the necessary appliances, cutlery and crockery were there. Location was really good too with a handy mini-mart nearby and the main piazza a brief 4-5 minute walk away. And having access the a pool during the Rome summer was an utter delight and provided some much needed refreshment. The pillows were a bit hit and miss. My kids got the good ones first!!

• Bebek (7/5): Amazing location, wonderful terrace, uncomfortable sleep, too expensive - Apartment is located in one of the most romantic part of Rome. The surroundings is amazaing, a lot of nice restaurants and pubs are in the walking disstance. Apartment has a beautiful terrace and this is something that sets this apartment apart from others. Apartment is not well equipped. They accomodiated four people and they left only three wine glasses and one coffee cup. Basically this is one bedroom apartment with a gallery where there are two small beds that move apart when you sleep on them. Mattresses and pillows are not comfortable at all. I really expected more for 1.600 euros for two nights.
