• Kylie (6/5): - Location was great, fantastic view, clean kitchen and bathroom. Lovely view of the ocean from the bed. The mattress was very soft, and when sitting on the bed you sank right down. Not ideal for someone with bulging discs, so we can't recommend the tired mattress. The kitchen is not really stocked for cooking, so bring your own utensils and cooking equipment.

• Aliki (9/5): Location was excellent, near the shops and beach and fantastic coffee shop underneath. - Locations was excellent, short walk to everywhere , eg shops, shopping centre, beach and casino. Apartment was clean and comfortable and basic supplies for our needs were met. WiFi was great. No problem connecting or using it. I didn't like the way the bed was made without a quilt cover for the doona and too many flat sheets.

• Suzanne (10/5): Definitely return to these apartments - Awesome location, great amenities,lovely clean apartment with great ocean views Unfortunately during my stay one lift was out of action . Delayed going anywhere other 2 lifts are usually full due to peak holiday time therefore spent time waiting for those lifts to return

• Drew (10/5): Great spacious apartment close to the beach, markets, restaurants and night life - excellent value - Spacious, great view, excellent facilities, perfect location!
• Ella (9/5): - Return traveller to this apartment after a lovely stay last year. Standards were just as high as last time. I cooked in the apartment this time and found it was limiting in terms of glasses and bowls. There are also zero staples which means you have to either purchase them or go without if you have a short stay and want to avoid waste.

• Garro (10/5): The location and standard of the apartment was exceptional. Will definitely rebook. - The location was awesome. The apartment was fabulous. The upholstery needed a steam clean. Needed more teaspoons. The bathroom sink was a bit awkward for tall people to wash their face. USB power point access would have been handy. Kettle and toaster were kept in a high cupboard and short people would have difficulty reaching.
• Mr (9/5): Lovely apartment with nice furniture, good facilities and great views - We loved the view from balcony. The parking was easy. The shops and beach are within walking distance. The apartment was well laid out and nicely furnished. The television was poor as far as getting the free to air channels - they were not all available. There were no codes left to cast from my ipad to tv -it said it needed a code. If I was able to cast then I could have watched anything from my ipad. The carpet was very light colour and should perhaps be cleaned more often. Bathroom had some cleaning issues which is a shame because it is a nice bathroom.

• Andrew (9/5): A wonderful apartment in a great location with added benefit of gym and sauna facilities. Would highly recommend. - Fantastic location within walking distance of all the many amenities and bars nearby. On occasions the lifts were out of order causing congestion and delays
• Ella (9/5): Great accessible apartment with beach view - Beach view apartment with everything you need for your stay. Close to the shops but not busy or loud. Having to pick up the keys between a certain time period a short distance from the stay.
• Giovanni (9/5): It was perfect for our needs. - The apartment was great but the biggest selling point was the ocean view Someone’s used socks left under the bed, not necessarily out of view either.

• Alison (8/5): Close to all restaurants and beach, views are amazing - Location, view.. it was a nice apartment, bed and pillows were comfortable . I travel for business, im time poor and generally exhausted when I reach my destination. Having to collect keys from an agent in a different location to access unit and then when leaving due to security you have to use keys to exit, park and then run keys back up to the room would be ok if I travelled with a partner or stayed longer then a night.
• Fiona (7/5): Great building, but not rented through the onsite management team, so a bit difficult if anything is needed. - Like the location, view and building facilities such as the pool, spa, sauna. The check in staff were pleasant and helpful. The carpet is quite stained and the kitchen is equipped with only very basic items so not the best if you want to cook. There are no pool towels provided, so I had to ask for extra towels for the spa pool but the office is only open for three hours a day in the afternoon and is quite a walk down the road so is not convenient. The first day we had to use our bathroom towels for the spa and then had wet towels for our shower afterwards which I had to wash and dry for the next day. I think a property with pool facilities should have towels provided.

• Kylea (9/5): Beautiful apartment in a lovely complex. Location was great. - Location, cleanliness. The bed was really firm, too firm for us. We placed a spare doona we found in the cupboard under the bottom sheet which helped a little.

Apartment was very clean, roomy with a lovely bathroom and kitchen. Beautiful view of the beach. Rooms were quiet. The only negative I can say is that the pillows are not great. Ended up with a sore neck.

• Deborah (10/5): Highly recommend - The accommodation was exactly as pictured and promised. The Cassa team were extremely helpful throughout the whole booking and checking in and out process. As the weather was a little cooler, I would have loved a throw blanket so I could sit on the balcony and enjoy the night views.
