• Frechette (7/5): - The space was fantastic and comfortable, good beds and very clean. The parking was at the end of the block kinda far away. The pillows were thin. The floor isn't soundproof from above.
• Mercedes (4/5): basement room, loud and unfriendly landlord - I didn't like it, the room and the surroundings were bad. The room in the basement cannot be ventilated, sunlight does not come in At the train station many drug addicts during the day and even more in the evening Landlord unfriendly and very loud
• Ally Lagana (5/5): - It was a great location and the hosts were very friendly and very quick to respond to requests when needed. There was a lot of loud noise throughout the day coming from upstairs and we had an issue with ants in one of the bedrooms during our stay.

• Andrea (5/5): Not likely to stay there again…. - The location was great for us, the host was quick to reply, the suite was clean. There was no stove or TV, which were both in the listing so I was surprised by this. There is considerable noise from the residents on the main floor (this is a basement suite) eg. footsteps, talking, etc.
• Duncan-wesley (7/5): Good - Neat, clean and well kept. It’s also closer to social amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants and shops The property does not have electric or gas powered stoves for a family who would need to have a home cooked meal. The items on the property lists do not include electric stoves. I find it very deceptive as the owner did not pre-informed clients in writing until after arrival more so the booking fee is not refundable.

• Glenna (1/5): DON'T STAY THERE! - It was modern and relatively clean. We were given the number for the lock box to get the key. That didn't work. The information given for Wifi was also incorrect. Then the TV did not work until the husband came home! Then it worked one day and not the next. Apparently,the Netflix set up was from their home country-:Nigeria! There also was no on site parking as promised. We had to park down a side street and haul our luggage. There is no door at the entrance to the basement. Anyone from upstairs has access to the basement at all times The biggest issue- We discovered wet carpet in the master bedroom. It led to the discovery of a leak from a pipe on the hot water heater. We then went without water from 6 p.m. until 10:30 a m. the next day. This happened upon our arrival. During this time frame there was an industrial fan in the bedroom right next to the one we had to stay in. It was stated that there was a bath which was not true and zero cleaning supplies- also stated in the amenities provided I was in touch with booking com numerous times through e- mail and actually speaking to a real person. The owner would not give us any compensation. Booking.com offered us $11.25cdn as compensation - 15 percent of the first night's stay. What a joke! Obviously,we were not treated fairly or justly

I would give an excellent if the above issues were not present.I would consider renting again if some issues are dealt with as it is a very convenient location for us and other family members that travel to Calgary often throughout the year. Thank you! No property parking.The side road was blocked due to construction so if there was parking in the back of the house, it would have been great. There was no toaster.The walkway to the side of the door should have been free of snow.The lock box to get the key was difficult ..
• Julie (7/5): A good location, clean and spacious. - The rooms are spacious and clean. There is ample parking on a side street. Walking distances to good restaurants. There were multiple plug-in air fresheners that gave off a strong perfume. I needed to find and remove them all because I am sensitive to fragrances. There is noise from feet and children upstairs.
• Anamarija (9/5): Superb - Lots of space, the owners are very kind. Excellent location. Family-friendly property.
• Yang (3/5): Poor - You have to contact the owner to heat the house. It takes time for the house to warm up. Even if the house is hot, you have to ask to turn off the heating. There is no dishwasher, so I have to keep doing the dishes and have to go back to the neighborhood to throw away the trash, which is very inconvenient. The upstairs is very noisy A place I never want to remember again
