• Marie-Hélène (9/5): - Le logement est très propre, spacieux, et très agréable à vivre, avec la terrasse qui prolonge le salon. Tout proche de commerces, plage, et location de vélos en bas pour aller à Malaga en quelques minutes. Nous avons pu nous garer dans la rue gratuitement, mais attention au marquage à bien prendre en compte. Un peu de bruit de la rue pour la chambre à 2 lits et venant de l'appartement du dessus. Il serait judicieux d'indiquer aux locataires d'enlever leurs chaussures pour marcher dans l'appartement.

• Magdalena (9/5): Jasny apartament blisko plaży z dostępem do pięknego patio - Apartament gustownie urządzony, odświeżony, przestrzenny. Największym atutem jest cudowne patio, na którym można wygodnie usiąść i miło spedzic czas w cieniu w sąsiedztwie pieknych roślin. Mały minus za niemożliwość wrzucania papieru toaletowego do toalety, ale spotkaliśmy sie z tym zwyczajem jeszcze w kilku miejscach w Hiszpanii.

• Ummu Sarah (10/5): - We stayed in the studio apartment overlooking the courtyard. The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything provided that we would need during our stay. The location was perfect in terms of being near the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, and its proximity to the centre etc. No parking on the property. We struggled to find parking on the street every day. Cheap toilet paper. No washing machine. The bathroom door was transparent and was not sound proofed. People need their privacy when using the bathroom. For this reason, you can't invite friends to the property either because they wouldn't feel comfortable using the bathroom in full hearing of everyone. The courtyard was amazing 😍

• Alina (10/5): Amazing stay! Thank you guys! - We had amazing holiday. Apartment looked exactly the same as in photos. As a family with 2 lil kids, we appreciate that it is kids friendly, good size, we found everything needed for comfy stay, smooth communication with the owners. Location and neighbourhood needs a special attention: local, authentic, far from touristic rush, I used to live in Spain some time ago, so it was nice and nostalgic to get through that local vibe again, even it was low season and many restaurants were closed, the best places to eat we discovered nearby, not in the center. Heating equipment (or air conditioner?) was quite loud, however after first night we got used to it :)

• Shadia (8/5): I really enjoyed the apartment, it would have been perfect if the heater & window shutters worked properly - The property was very clean and beds were comfortable. The wifi was excellent and it was close to a supermarket and buses. I liked the patio. I stayed in the two bedroomed apartment, the front bedroom was cold as the heating in that room wasn’t working. Also the front window shutters were broken and would not close which made the room cold and the alot of noise from the road.

Todo muy limpio, el baño grande y la cocina con vajilla,batería de cocina, todo en perfecto estado. La ducha se sale el agua ya que no está bien sellada el cerramiento de la puerta. Avisé de ello, ya que teníamos que echar las toallas al suelo. Me indicaron que lo arreglarán y nos trajeron más toallas en seguida.

• Philipp (6/5): 4 Nächte im Dezember - Wohnung #5 bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Das Gebäude ist sehr hellhörig und wir haben Gespräche, Stühle-Schieben und Lärm diverser Nachbarwohnungen gehört, natürlich auch außerhalb der vorgegeben Ruhezeiten, also auch nachts. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schlicht und einfach. Die Couch bietet nur Platz für 3 Personen und ist ziemlich abgenutzt, so dass man schon auf Holz sitzt anstatt dem Polster. Esstisch und Sitzgelegenheiten sind Instabil. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist minimal und auch schon etwas abgenutzt, wie auch das Bad, welches über keine Belüftung außer einem Schiebefenster verfügt. Alles in allem war es sauber, die Fotos sehen aber besser aus als die Wohnung ist. Wir haben im Vorfeld Wohnung #4 bestätigt bekommen, sind aber in Wohnung #5 untergekommen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter war ok, allerdings erhält man über mehrere verschiedene Adressen und Portale Emails /Nachrichten und muss dann allerhand Dokumente ausfüllen sowie Codes und Daten beachten. Wir empfanden den Check in und die Kommunikation im Vorfeld als extrem umständlich und nervig. Das kennen wir anders und vor allem besser. Die Parkplatz situation vor ort war katastrophal.

Está muy cerca de la playa y está lleno de restaurantes y cafeterías en frente del mar. Nosotros íbamos con un bebé y el carrito y en 5 minutos estábamos desayunando o paseando por la playa. El apartamento está muy limpio, bien distribuido y amueblado. Muy funcional. calidad-precio está muy bien. se aparca muy mal pero no es problema del apartamento. Toda la zona es de calles estrechas. Lo dejamos en un parking a unos 5 minutos andando por 20€/día. el colchón deberían cambiarlo. está muy deformado. es un bajo que da a una calle con bastante tráfico. No se puede abrir mucho la ventana.

La ubicación no es a la playa pero si el autobús para alli y puedes ir a todos sitios desde alli por muy poco comprando bonos. El colchón es malisimo,no pude dormir porque parecía que dormía en el suelo. Si vais a cocinar tened en cuenta que no tiene salida de humos asi que aunque haga frío tendréis que abrir la ventana

Pedregalejo is mostly filled by locals, so you don’t get much of a feel that you’re a tourist. City is well connected by the buses, and there are bus stops for both directions in front of the building. Property was beautiful and new. Little garden is perfect for chilling, as well as creating content. Everything was perfect, honestly.

• Tomasz (10/5): Great stay in Malaga, spacious apartment with a superb patio, very close to the beach! - The Patio! This is an absolute killer. Don't get me wrong, the apartment itself is very spacious and can accommodate two pairs or a whole family, it has air conditioning and everything you need. But the Patio downstairs is just amazing! You can sit there, relax, read a book or just chill. Although there's no pool or other things, it's just the cherry on the top when it comes to this booking. I'd really recommend this to everyone staying in Malaga! Everything was great, really!

• Piotr (9/5): Superb - Great place for a family stay! The accommodation is located in a pleasant part of town, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. There’s a bus stop only 50 meters away, which makes getting around easy. The apartment was clean and spacious, with a beautiful terrace. I highly recommend it for families with children.

Bus stop very close, perfect for access to the sea and for morning runs at the sea shore. Easy check-in online. Beautiful patio. You feel that hosts put a lot of heart to it. The water fountain on the patio did not work, unfortunately, that would be so lovely to listen to the sound of water sitting there. Would be nice to have a capsule coffee machine in the apartment and a washing machine (maybe one in common area).

Location was exceptional: bus stop 1 min walk away to take you into Malaga should you not fancy the 20min stroll. We loved the coves on the beaches, better than Maguelta beach. Loved the little restaurants and grilled sardines. We hired bikes from the bike hire shop next door and cycled into Victoria. The apartment was spacious and the use of the terrace was relaxing and allowed us to spread out. We hope to stay here again and we’re sad to leave such a relaxing space. There was a slight issue with water temperature but the hosts were amazing and rectified it immediately. You couldn’t ask for better service. Mucio Gracias!

Very basic, missing a lot of essentials in the kitchen such as paper towels, food storage containers of any kind, bowls and serving/cooking utensils. The mattress needs replaced, saggy and trenched. Bathroom was great, good lighting and nicely set up. Super location, close to beach, services and restaurants.

It was clean, had everything we needed and was really big, we had so much space with the kids. We had the one with the terrace and that was also great. I would definitely recommend this apartment to families with kids. The host is also very nice and responds quickly.
