• Cyril Gubbi (5/5): Old apartment in a fantastic location.. - The Apartment is in a fantastic location..Is old and dates and does not have a lift and had to carry heavy luggage on steps...Check in was simple and good. The Apartment is very old and dated..not very clean..Some of things like Sofa were dirty and did not feel like sitting on it.. No lift..Have to carry luggage up narrow steps..The bathroom does not have even a shutter or cover..found it very difficult for us to shower as we were 4 friends..

• seray (10/5): Un séjour très agréable ! - Un appartement bien équipé, spacieux et plein de charme. Un très bel emplacement au centre de Gand.
• Hans Westerman (7/5): Heerlijk genoten en niet teveel nagedacht over de kleine mankementjes. - Top locatie in binnenstad Gent. Koffie automaat, maar geregeld. Douchekop was wat lam.

• Jacques-Yves (4/5): Bon emplacement central. Tout est vieux et abimé. Mériterait un grand coup de remise en état. - Pas d'eau chaude dans la cuisine, un des 2 lavabos de la salle d'eau bouché, pas de porte à la salle d'eau
• Campman (7/5): Nice appartment - Leuk huis. Midden in de stad Toilet kan niet dicht. En geen afsluitbare doucheruimte. Koffieapparaat was kapot, kan gebeuren. Wel nespresso dus dat was een redding.

• Niels J. (8/5): Prima optie op goede lokatie in centrum. - Fijn ruim appartement op perfect ligging in het centrum. Goede bedden. Prijs kwaliteit prima. Appartement kan wat liefde gebruiken. Hier en daar achterstalling onderhoud. Kranen die uit elkaar liggen. Verdorde planten op dakterras. Master bedroom aan straatkant is gehorig.
• Korhan (6/5): Pleasant - In the heart of the city. Close to all attractions. Very spacious. It is perfect for young friend groups. Everything needs renovation in the apartment and they need to find a solution for the smell at the building entrance, common areas.
• Mark (10/5): Wonderful and the bench on the outsider terrace was invaluable to this group of 4. - First of all, Ghent is one of Europe's Top 10 cities. It has everything and more. Getting in the property was easy and the American neighbour was most helpful with advice on The Meat Factory restaurant next door. To moan about anything would be unfair. The 4 of us all agreed that the stay in Ghent was one of the best weekends ever.

• Jeroen (4/5): very good location - spacious appartment - would not recommend in it's current state for this price - - The location is very good, right in the center, all things on walking distance. (keep in mind that you can't park in front of the door, not even to (un)load) - Communication with the host Carine was very good: friendly, reactive, all info to enter the appartment was provided,... - Nice building, big open spaces, really a lot of space in all rooms, historical floor-ceiling-fireplace gives it a warm and charming feel - beds were provided with sheets, towels were provided as well * cleanliness: or better the lack of it: - in the kitchen it was necesssary to wash the glasses, plates, pots, pans, cutlery before using it, it was not clean by far. Also the rest of the sink, counter etc were not clean.. build in deep fryer with oil - bath and washbasins were not clean, moulded joints between the tiles it was all a bit old, which does not at al needs to be a problem, but it should be maintained which was not the case * more then half of the lights were not working (or working properly like flickering): kitchen, living, bathroom. to less * this can be a really nice place but it absolutely needs some work to be done, primarely the kitchen and bathroom, to make it cleaner. it can al be quite simple, as long as it's clean. * no trashcans available to sort and get rid of the garbage
