• perea rivas (10/5): Excelente - Muy buen alojamiento, cómodo, limpio y bien organizado. Desde el momento de la llegada todo fue muy fácil y el lugar cumplió con lo esperado. Los espacios son agradables, bien cuidados y cuentan con lo necesario para una estancia tranquila. El anfitrión fue muy atento y amable en todo momento, siempre pendiente de cualquier necesidad y dispuesto a colaborar. La comunicación fue excelente, lo cual hizo que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. Sin duda, es un lugar que recomendaría totalmente y al que volvería en una próxima oportunidad. Nada

• Michel (1/5): CASH ONLY - BE WARNED - CAUTION - CASH ONLY, EVEN IF STATED OTHERWISE BY BOOKING. We had a big problem with this appartment. Booking said clearly in the reservation email that this establishment accepted credit card payment. We had made the reservation through Booking, given our card’s infos. Therefore we thought that the payment would be processed by Booking entirely, using our credit card. We have travelled a lot and it has always be done this way. However the morning of departure, the owner told us that we had to PAY HIM DIRECTLY and ONLY IN CASH. We were not prepared for this situation, we had very little cash with us and needed it. As we refused, things turned nasty. He detained us BY FORCE in the building’s lobby, with the help of a guardian. We stayed there, litteraly jailed. We could not take our taxi and missed our bus. We could not reach Booking either. We had not choice but give him our cash to be freed. So be warned - this appartment’s conditions are NOT what is stated by Booking. And the owner will use FORCE if you dont have cash.
• Kyrylo (10/5): Estadía cómoda y buen anfitrión - Excelente alojamiento. El apartamento estaba limpio, amplio y bien cuidado. El anfitrión fue muy amable y flexible, permitiéndonos hacer el check-in antes de lo previsto. Sin duda volveríamos. -

• Marino (10/5): El dueño es muy buena gente, no molesta para nada y fue muy amable incluso con mi llegada porque me adelantaron el vuelo - Es muy hogareño y agradable. Que hay un portero que por protocolo me hizo esperar un resto de tiempo de pie.
• Anouck (5/5): - Kortbij de meeste bezienswaardigheden in La Candelaria, shops & eetgelegenheden. Prijs/kwaliteit is oke. Comfortabele, grote bedden. Appartement was ruim genoeg met een warme douche (als je de kraan niet volledig opendraait). Alsook is er een wasmachine aanwezig! De buurt is toch niet zo veilig dan wat je hier leest & zou denken.. Ook werkte het internet niet tijdens onze eerste dagen, wat op zich geen probleem is.. Maar wij werden 's ochtends gewekt door iemand die opeens in ons appartement stond zonder wij er iets van af wisten. Blijkbaar bleek het de technieker te zijn om dit te komen maken, maar in mijn ogen écht niet oké dat er een onbekende IN het appartement staat.. (ze geven dus de code van de deur makkelijk door). Ook voelde het meeste kookgerief & kasten enorm vettig aan.

• PEDRO JESUS (8/5): - um ambiente seguro, sem barulho vindo do transito e muito próximo do transporte publico, próximo de restaurantes e de supermercados. Gostamos muito do lugar e da forma como fomos tratados pelo anfitrião. Recomendamos a quem possa se interessar.
