• Hasan (10/5): Comfortable stay - The location was good as it was near the metro station & bus. It was highly secured as there are many gates and locks to enter the building.
• George (6/5): - apartment in a very good location next to the metro station, bust stop station, near you can find many restaurants. the shops also are located near. not far away only 200 meters you can find the carrefour express with all products you need. the apartment is renovated the management company must give more attention in the cleaning. the owner has to make something with the reconditioners. he give a lot of many for the renovation but something wrong with the air-conditioning system which it was hot for us for September month. in Livingroom was not cooling at all kitchen towels is i a good idea to provide. towel hooks in bathroom are needed. not enough hot water for 4 people (that i fixed like an engineer i hope will be ok) something to dry the laundry in the balcony, the washing machine works dryer as well but he needs a lot of time

• Julie (9/5): - L'appartement est idéalement situé en plein centre du Corso Buenos Aires et à quelques pas de l'arrêt Loreto. Il est très spacieux et décoré dans un style design élégant et agréable. Le lit est très confortable et il y a une belle salle de bain. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour confortable. Il y a un souci avec la climatisation dans la chambre à coucher qui fait un bruit toutes les quelques minutes et il y a une lumière qui clignote. Cela perturbe le sommeil et devrait être réparé au plus vite. Le pommeau de douche est cassé ce qui n'est pas agréable. Il manque des vrais verres à vin.
• Viola (4/5): Sehr zentral, Rest enttäuschend - - Zentrale Lage - Vorzeitiger Check-in wurde ermöglicht - Kontakt mit Betreiber grundsätzlich freundlich Problem mit Klimaanlage wurde angenommen, jedoch nur bedingt gelöst da Techniker erst für Folgewoche verfügbar sind laut dem Betreiber, laut Bewertungen von anderen Gästen jedoch bereits bestehendes Problem Ausstattung: kein Küchentuch, Toilettenpapier reicht nicht annähernd für gebuchten Aufenthalt, Klimaanlage war defekt, Schaltet sich immer wieder selbständig ein und blinkt, lässt sich nicht ausschalten sehr störend beim Versuch zu schlafen, wurde an Betreiber gemeldet. Sauberkeit: Schmutziges Geschirr, Ecken und Fugen sind schmutzig, Haare im Bett, Lage: Sehr zentral in der Nähe der U-Bahn, Vibration von U-Bahn jedoch alle paar Minuten hörbar

• Maxim (7/5): Думаю,хозяину стоит лучше готовиться к приезду гостей и предоставлять необходимые предметы гигиены и минимум бытовых доп - У апартаментов отличное расположение, в 10 минутах от центрального вокзала и прямо под домой остановка общественного транспорта и метро. Когда мы приехали,в номере не было туалетной бумаги, геля для стирки (хотя была стиральная машина), капсул для кофе, мыла,геля для душа и не работал один кондиционер. Также на 4 дня было предоставлено всего 2 капсулы для посудомоечной машины и при этом отсутствовало средство для мытья посуды. После общения с хозяином, нам предоставили гель для стирки,туалетную бумагу и гель для душа. Но кофейных капсул так и не было,как и капсул для посудомоечной машины. Мы были во многих апартаментах,и все хозяева предоставляли хотя бы минимальный набор необходимых бытовых предметов, потому что отдыхая 4 дня, я не буду покупать пакет капсул и геля для мытья посуды. Один кондиционер мы починили сами,заменив батарейки в пульте. Кондиционер в спальне работал,но не охлаждал воздух вообще, даже на минимальной температуре, думаю хозяину стоит провести диагностику! В комнате одно окно,которое выходит на какую-то шахту,поэтому всегда нужно было включать свет,дневного света было очень мало. Также у нас два раза выключался свет из-за увеличенного напряжения (работал кондиционер,плита и стиральная машина), и приходилось спускаться в подвал,чтобы его включать, об этом нас никто не предупреждал,но хозяин был на связи,чтобы проинструктировать нас. Если вы планируете есть и готовить еду в апартаментах,будьте готовы сами выносить за собой мусор, клининг-сервиса там нет.
• Monika (5/5): Passable - The location was good for our needs and close to the metro. Bed was comfy. Full kitchen, which we had no need of using. The hand shower needs fixing - the side seam of the cradle is split, causing a jet of water to go sideways. Lots of wasted wall space in the bathroom - could have more towel rails, there is no shelf in the shower to store your own toiletries. The apartment was comfortable. However, it could have been much cleaner.
• Kadir (4/5): Disappointing - Francesco was helpful and easy to reach. He replied to our messages directly and picked up his phone when we called him. He let us in early after checking whether the apartment was ready or not. The apartment was next to a Metro Station, with easy access to everywhere by Metro. It was new and renovated. The area was good, had a lot of restaurants and cafes. The cleaning crew or company didn't clean well. All the soaps, body wash and shampoos were empty. They didn't refill. But Francesco helped us with getting new bottles, and he left some for us later. The bed was okay, but they left a very thin bed sheet for us to use that was neither big enough nor thick enough. There was some duvel but no cover for those. We felt a little bit cold during the night. Shower another thing, the tank temp wasn't enough for two people could shower.

• Adrian (10/5): Very nice and modern apartment - The apartment is situated in an old very nice building with a lovely marble staircase and old wooden doors. The apartment itself is nice and very modern. It has everything you need, including a smart TV with Netflix. The subway station is just in front of the building. Nothing to complain. One suggestion: It was better for me if there was a little chair on the small balcony instead of one artificial plant.

• Andreas (10/5): Exceptional - The Flat is exactly as the photos. The communication with the staff was great. It's excellently equipped with all confords. We recommend it. The location was great. Certainly we will visit again.,🇨🇾🙏 I suggest the owner should take a look at some small things so the Flat can be maintained at 5 Stars. Apart from this it was a great experience.

• Jovan (9/5): Luxury appartment at reasonbable price. - Very modern apparent. It is close to the metro, which is convenient. It is on the busy street, but surprisingly very quiet inside.
