• Emma (7/5): Fabulous for a few days, relaxing and exploring Milan - It was clean and modern. Presented just as depicted in the photographs. Great location. More pillows for the bed needed. Sun wasn’t on the terrace much and patio doors could not open. The bathroom smelt musty.

• N (9/5): Perfecte ligging! Mooi uitzicht - Het uitzicht, de keuken, de ligging Hier en daar wat achterstallige onderhoud; veel kalk in de douchekop, kraantje los op het toilet, en rolluik wat stuk was. Maar verder heerlijk!

• Vincent (8/5): Très bien placé, bel appartement climatisé - Belle terrasse, appartement climatisé, Emplacement impeccable État général de l’appartement Nous avions lu beaucoup de commentaires avec des problèmes d’eau chaude mais nous n’avons eu aucun problème Le confort de la literie. Les lits sont tous cassés. Séjour somier complètement cassé Chambre parent sommier cassé remplacé par un planche de bois Très peu de produits (gel douche, shampooing)
• Лилия (1/5): - Рядом с центром Ужасно относился персонал к нам, был сломан кондиционер, было невыносимо спать, посуды как таковой нет, в 5 утра при выселении кто то звонил в дверь, консьержа нет, если вы прилетите поздно ночью вас никто не встретит, очень неудобная лестница по которой вам придется самому тащить ваши тяжелые чемоданы и никто вам не поможет, кровать ужасная за такие деньги можно было и получше купить матрас, утром нет горячей воды приходилось мыться в холодной, если вы заселитесь в эти апартаменты будьте уверены, что никто вам ничем не поможет, если будет сломан кондиционер

• Laurene (10/5): Superb and recommend! - The interior design of the place is so unique and well conceived. Definitely a lot of work has been put by the architect. The cinema screen and sound system is definitely a plus. Not even mentioning the rooftop at sunset. I absolute loved it and will come back. Lack of baking dish/ plates to put in the microwave or oven. Very little cutlery. Just enough for 3 people. The water heater did not work for 2 out of 3 nights we stayed. We did not mind to do cold showers as it was 30 degrees this week but that's definitely something to fix.
• Eric (8/5): Very good place to stay in Milan. - A superbly appointed apartment 15 minute walk from Duomo, and even less to local bars and restaurants. A supermarket just down Corsa Italia (towards Duomo) also very convenient. The Metro stop at Santa Sofia is on the M4 line direct from Linate Airport, and almost across the road from the apartment. There is a very helpful user guide in the apartment to help with getting to know the appliances as well. We didn't have cause to use many of these, as our stay was quite short. We had a couple of problems, very minor really, but they were dealt with efficiently as well. The shower controls take a little getting used to but with pereseverance hot showers were available. Inside the apartment was very clean , but I think the cleaners must have run out of time as the far end of the terrace was a bit grubby. The shower area could probably do with a deep clean. Small details but I would expect more with a 50 euro cleaning charge. While on the subject of the terrace what a bonus this is. A perfect place to sit of an evening to enjoy a glass of the something in the late evening warmth. Covered above
• Mohannad (6/5): the location and cleanliness are great, the lack of basic functional amenities and delayed support were disappointing. - During my stay, I had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the apartment is exactly as pictured—clean, well-kept, and in a fantastic location. It’s just a 10-minute walk from the Duomo and surrounded by great restaurants within a 2-minute walk, making it very convenient for exploring central Milan there were a few issues. The boiler was unstable and failed to work multiple times during my stay, I had to take freezing cold showers. Unfortunately, there was no timely support from the host to resolve this. Additionally, the air conditioning wasn’t functioning. There was also a persistent unpleasant smell coming from the shower area. One more thing to keep in mind: the apartment is on the 7th floor, but the elevator only goes up to the 6th. You’ll need to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs.
• Tony (8/5): Spacious Apartment - We really enjoyed this apartment. It was close enough to the city centre as well as the canals for dinner and drinks. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Easy to communicate with through WhatsApp . We had some issues with the hot water system but the company did what they could to fix it.
• Rachael (8/5): Very good - Lovely spacious apartment. Balcony was beautiful, and only a 10 minute walk from the Duomo. Good restaurants literally 2 minutes away. Was quite a strong drain smell coming from the shower
• Sophie (1/5): FRUSTRATING AND RUDE - The service company left me outside the building for 2 hours and 20 minutes. Terrible awful company. The second day I had different person trying to check in to our apartment.
