• Thanyani (7/5): It was a pleasant stay. - I like the location as it is very central in Rosebank. There was a bit of noise from the neighbouring building, but I think it was because there was an event going on

• Ezechiel (1/5): - I like the fact that it is very close to the the mall(Rosebank mall) The security guards are very friendly including ladies at the reception, and also the cleaning ladies, I would say the staff in general are friendly, I really did not experience any negative attitude from them When I entered the apartment all I could smell was Raid, and Doom, that's because they sprayed because of cockroachies of which I saw a lot of them crawling trying to survive the fumigation, the smell of doom was too much for me that I ended up having a head ache, , lastly I got the message to say I broke the doors of which after a bitter conversation between me and Hanifa I then recieved a call to say we apologise, we made a mistake, only after the claim was sent to booking.com against me, what I don't understand is Hanifa said they had fix the door when the other guest was waiting, and she told me what it costed the company, she said it coasted them R500, to fix, so how that can turn to be a Mistake? This is not good at all and it paints a bad picture about the company,

• Mabaso (3/5): - Clean apartment I was mugged just outside the property while waiting for security to respond to the intercom. They only opened the gate after I was mugged, and proceeded to tell me that this is a targeted spot. The water kept getting cut off, then it comes back at random times. One of the mornings I was late because there was no water and I could not shower.

• Sibiya (10/5): Difficulty finding, difficulty checking in, Name & GPS discrepancy. - The place is beautiful. The security guards are helpful. The difficulty of finding the place and checking in. GPS sends you to a building that shows a different name and there is a struggle of finding this "neat and cozy" hotel. Please make that part easy. When i was trying to check in, the receptionist was not friendly towards me, she was so harsh and belittling. It was almost as if she didn't know that the hotel has rooms under "neat and cozy". I didnt like that part of my experience, otherwise everything else was okay.

The apartment was clean and tidy, the wifi was reliable at all times, the staff (cleaners and security) were friendly and welcoming and the host (Hanifa) always made the right provisioning for all our necessities. There's nothing to dislike about this apartment.

• Puseletso (6/5): Pleasant - The property was exactly as shown on pictures, beautiful. I loved that it was close to the Mall and all the places I wanted to go to. The place was clean but had a lot of cockroaches. The host needs to fumigate the place often, also I am not sure if they washed the bedding because 1 set of pillow cases were dirty and oily.

• Peter (8/5): Pleasant stay with good wifi and streaming services - Good location, alongside the Rosebank mall. Clean and functional. Lighting a bit dark, especially with window tucked around the corner. Could maybe do with some brightening up.

• Mdumbe (6/5): Pleasant - The location was excellent, it was very close to Rosebank Mall. The security staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was seamless. Additionally, the WiFi was reliable and worked well throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the property could be improved, as it was not 100% clean and there were cockroaches. Additionally- the room lacked air conditioning, and there was not enough ventilation to keep the space cool and comfortable.

• De (7/5): It was good and would recommend it to anyone - Easy access and central to everything. Offered everything you needed to either eat in or quick snacks The floor was not cleaned/swept very well. You notice this when you are asked not to walk with shoes on the carpet and walking barefoot you feel the dirt
• Nazreen (8/5): It was good to be back in Jozi town and I will be back. - Rosebank is an excellent location for everything. Restaurants, shopping, socialising and getting work done. The apartment was clean, lovely, warm & cozy especially since I arrived at the tail end of a cold spell. My stay was short (a week only) but it was everything I needed including a cleaning service once with a change of clean bedding and clean fresh towels. Hanifa is a friendly host and her place is lovely. It is safe and secure in the apartment and surrounding areas and there are security guards are always on the streets. Some really noisy neighbours and/or visitors in the hallways in the middle of the night. Night reception can be more alert about this.

• Cynthia (9/5): Superb - 1. The cafe across the street that opened early in the morning. 2. The apartment itself is a walking distance to Rosebank mall ( about 350m away if I recall correctly) 3. We absolutely loved how clean it was and it smelled very nice 4. Can't forget about the fast and reliable WiFi 5. No power outages, and even if there were any, we wouldn't have known( the building has back up power) Generally speaking, Rosebank is an amazing location and the apartment lived up to our expectations and more! It is also in itself strategically located to most things that one would need during a short stay and even a long stay which made this an excellent choice for us :) Nothing in particular was bad. We went there in June and it was very cold. The apartment could have used a heater / an AC, something we should to the host about and she mentioned this is being worked on. Other than that, no qualms about our stay :)

• Mamun (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment in a well secure building (bolton) next to the rosebank mall Where everything available. WiFi, TV with streaming services. Well equipped kitchen a wide sitting area with sofa. Study desk & small dining table. Wide bathroom with shower. Overall It's really worthy of such amount I paid. A coffee table & an aircon could have make my stay exceptional as the apartment is surrounded by the buildings even if the windows left open for the full night no air passing the apartment.

• Darshan (5/5): Fine for a short stay, but not for a lengthy stay - Very central to major routes In a large apartment block The shower gave me issues upon arrival The bedding and pillows isn’t of good quality at all. My minimum would be hotel collection. The bed seemed used, as there was an undercover “blanket” to act as a pillow top There are only two (large) windows. Almost no natural light into the living room and kitchen which makes it fine for a short stay, but never for a long stay.

• Larbi (8/5): In all, it was a nice place to stay and very accessible to the Rosebank Mall where you can get anything you want. - It a nice apartment. Clean and comfortable. The WiFi signal was strong. I like the security system in place. The fridge makes noise. The whole Bolton apartment doesn’t have a water reservoir to store water for use when there is a water cut. They give one towel which is not okay. Cleaning of the apartment was just once, once you are there nobody comes to clean the place.

Loved the back up power - Loved the back up power and the host ensured that my needs were met like putting in a work desk after I requested it. Truly appreciated it There was no aircon in the apartment and I would suggest having one during summer because not enough air/ wind gets through the windows as they are not big enough
• Alejandro (10/5): Best place in Johannesburg - The place is amazing! It’s located in a beautiful area, with lots of nice places and it’s very easy to access. It was super clean and everything was perfect. Maybe add some bottles of water in the fridge? But everything was perfect really.
