• Sandra (6/5): Not the best experience. I would not rent this house in the future. - Location of property; pool/spa was great. Gaining access to the key code was the first issue. We never received any communication from Booking.com informing us how to access the home although we contacted them for the information several days prior. Upon arrival, we called again and they told us to contact the owner. Mine you, the owner is currently overseas!! We insisted THEY contact the owner. After 20 minutes of waiting in the heat, they finally provided us with a functional key code! As far as the interior, the downstairs king bed needs a mattress cover as you could feel the springs while sleeping. That’s uncomfortable! The cleanliness of the home was an issue also. There were dead water bugs in the master tub, the interior of the toilet has a ring as if it had not been cleaned, the ceiling fans and vents were filthy. The second night of our stay was very chaotic. The fire alarm sounded at 5:30 am. We all got up immediately to a smokey smell in the home. Somehow the thermostat switched to emergency heat which triggered the alarm (not sure where the smokey smell was coming from). We contacted the management company who promised to send someone out to investigate - no one ever showed!!! Poor management!! Expected more for a Luxury Villa; certainly not as advertised.
• Danika (10/5): - had a fantastic stay in this beautiful 5 bedroom villa with all the amenities included in the price huge pool and deck area, well used by all the family. 2 x cots and high chairs provided and all included in that price location 20 minute drive to Disney but shops and restaurants very close by, lovely neighbourhood. highly recommend nothing

• Gabriel (10/5): I LOVED THE ENTIRE STAY - ALL OF THE SPACE, WE ENJOYED ALL OF THE HOUSE AND SPENT QUALITY TIME, IT IS PRIVATE AND MET OUR ESPECTATIONS MINOR STUFF, WE COULD NOT FIND TRASH BAGS, OR LAUNDRY DETERGENT.
• Julius (9/5): Relaxing and satisfying - Honestly love the house. Trust me am coming back to the same place next time. Pool was nice, house was cool, kids enjoyed the games. Time well spent Didn’t have any issues. Didn’t get in early because my flight was delayed so that was all on me.

• Donna (10/5): There were plenty of things to keep us entertained at the house, and Andy is a wonderful host! - The location was very convenient with easy access to restaurants, gas stations, and markets. The house was in a safe beautiful neighborhood. My first impression of the community was a safe atmosphere vibe, exceptionally clean, and quiet.
