• Esra (2/5): - Die Lage ist schön. Es handelte sich um eine Wohnung im vierten Stock ohne Aufzug. Die Stockwerke waren sehr hoch, was das Treppensteigen, insbesondere mit Gepäck, sehr beschwerlich machte. Als ich um ein Zimmer in einem niedrigeren Stockwerk bat, wurde mir ein Aufpreis berechnet. Außerdem waren das angrenzende Zimmer und der Balkon miteinander verbunden, sodass man immer bei zugezogenen Vorhängen sitzen musste. Es gab nicht einmal eine Trennwand. Die Reinigung war nicht so gut wie in den unteren Stockwerken. Eine absolute Enttäuschung.

• Johannes (8/5): Super Location zum übernachten, zentrale Lage - Hilfreich wären zwei Stühle oder kleine Sessel gewesen, wenn man sich länger im Apartment aufhält. Beim nächsten Mal würden wir eher ein Apartment im ersten oder zweiten Stock nehmen, um das treppensteigen in das vierte Geschoss zu vermeiden.

• darrenbiggs6 (9/5): Very comfortable stay in a very well kept apartment and great location for a short trip. - Very close to shopping areas and a short walk to the main station, there was also a park opposite which had a nice beer garden and did good food and had a nice atmosphere inside. The apartment was very quiet despite being on a main street, there was also a very nice little cafe just one minute walk on the corner where I had a nice coffee and apple pastry.

• Johanna (9/5): Zentrales, praktisches Apartment - Das kleine Apartment isz zentral, sauber & super ausgestattet, auch in der Küche steht alles zur Verfügung, was man braucht. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig, hat mich aber nicht gestört. Zuerst musste ich den Eingang etwas suchen. Habe aber dann alles gefunden. Da der Kühlschrank mit im Raum steht und manchmal brummt (normal), an Ohropax suchen, falls einen das stört.

• Beeker76 (6/5): Gute Lage, gutes Bad&Küche. WLAN&TV miserabel - Perfekte Lage, nur ein paar Meter zum Hauptbahnhof und in die Fußgängerzone. Sehr bequemer Check-In durch die Schlüsselbox mit PIN. Gut ausgestattete Küche und modernes Bad. Vermieter über die App jederzeit erreichbar und antwortet schnell. Ich kann/werde es NIE verstehen, warum folgendes Problem bei immer mehr Anbietern besteht: unglaublich schlechtes WLAN! Kaum ist man auf dem Balkon (also nur einen Meter entfernt) bricht es zusammen. Und: wenn in der Beschreibung steht "TV-Empfang", dann sollte auch das normale Fernsehprogramm laufen. In der Wohnung: kein Empfang über Satellit, Kabel, DVB-T usw. Nur über die Apps des Gerätes. Und dafür braucht man ein stabiles Internet. Ergebnis: siehe oben...

• marina (8/5): preiswert und sehr zentral mit balkon - sehr zentrale (unmittelbar neben fussgängerzone; unweit hauptbahnhof in ordentlicher gegend) und preiswerte, kleine wohnung (wir hatten #6). mit komplett-ausgestatteter küche, balkon zum hinterhof und sauberem bad. ebenerdiges parkhaus mit fairen tarifen gleich nebenan. das team reagiert schnell und entgegenkommend auf anfragen. das sollte man/frau wissen: es gibt keinen aufzug (unsere wohnung im 2. stock); niedriges bett.

• Jens Can (10/5): Gemütlich mitten in der City! - Morgens gebucht und Mittags über Schlüsselbox am Eingang in Sekunden eingecheckt. Der Kontakt zu allen Mitarbeiterinnen ist mega freundlich und vollkommen unkompliziert. Das Appartement ist schön eingerichtet und man hat alles, was man braucht, auch in der Küche. Sogar Geschirr, Toaster, Herd, Kühlschrank. Wichtig: Auch Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett sind vorhanden. Alles war gepflegt und sauber und schön gestaltet/eingerichtet. Jederzeit wieder!

Would stay again. - The apartment was perfect for the two days I spent in Duisburg for work, decorated and equipped to a very high standard. It also felt very secure. My only small gripe was the television set wasn't working when it came to watching apps like Amazon - volume and picture was messed up. But that's a very minor complaint.
