• Stephanie (10/5): Centrally located, well appointed beach house. - Large unit in great central location and comfortable. Everything we needed for a summer holiday with kids was provided. Unfortunately the pre-stay clean was a bit underwhelming (although it was New Year's Day so perhaps the cleaners were feeling it!) however there were plenty of cleaning supplies so gave the greasy surfaces a once over and good to go. Also very limited glassware on arrival. Reported to the management next day and they were super apologetic and dropped off wine and drinking glasses as well as a bottle of wine.

• Claire (8/5): All in all a great place to stay and could be excellent if those things mentioned above are rectified. - - Location was excellent - Excellent wifi - Modern appliances - Smelt new - Size of the property and the spaciousness - The three bedrooms - Excellent kitchen facilities - Excellent laundry facilities - Great having a garage - Very poor shower - very low pressure and might be blocked. Water spouting in different directions and was leaking at the top. - Noise of the hot water system outside was sometimes extremely loud and made it impossible to enjoy the patio area. - The bed in master bedroom was very hard and thin and very uncomfortable and left me with a lot of painful lower back issues. - The coverings of three of the dining chairs were falling apart and continually made a mess on the floor - Globe missing in one of the lamps
• Janine (9/5): Despite it not being cleaned on arrival, we all enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. - Property was great. Very spacious for our group and had all facilities we could want, When we arrived it hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests. Called staff who arranged to get it cleaned and it was done 2 hours after arranged check in time of 3pm. Only other problem was floors hadn’t been mopped and ended up with dirty feet and socks from walking on it.
• Ingrid (5/5): Passable - The ocean, shops, people, the accommodation was nice to come back too, the style and layout and furnishings of the unit as a whole was great though there were a few small issues. I didn't like the cost for what we got, I paid $1630.00 for 5 days and 4 nights but It seemed more like 3 and a half days and 4 nights due to the check in/out times.We had to wait an extra half hour after check in time for cleaning service to go through the unit as Thorpe were unaware of our booking since we booked online on a Sunday, I wouldn't think we are the first to do this. My family became disgruntled after the long drive and wanted to shower and settle in the unit.Scale in the jug and pots, ceiling fan remote had no batteries,bbq smelled off, workers over the back wall each morning making noise, someone entered our unit while we were out, I informed Thorpe but no return call on the follow up, the shower was more of an annoyance than a relief due to the shower head type, the fan/light above the oven did not work.

• Paholamarin10 (10/5): Exceptional - I liked that the house is clean, tidy and had a large staff to use. Everything was very clean, I would recommend taking into account perhaps the oven and barbecue that were not clean. However, I don't want to overshadow everything else that is super good.
