Guest Reviews
- Loren (10/5): Very impressed! Great location in the heart of North London yet still quiet! - Cannot fault this property! Lovely quiet street, felt very safe, clean, great kitchen facilities! Close to lots of shops for groceries. It felt very warm and welcoming on arrival.
The communication to the lead up to the stay was great, and very reassuring.
It is a snug studio, but for a one or two night stay it certainly offered everything we needed. Nothing, other than it would be nice to have a mini conditioner and a toilet roll holder
- Ewan (8/5): Good property, not too far from transport, nice street. -
- Sarah-Louise (8/5): Perfect for a solo traveller in a great location for public transport, nicely decorated with thoughtful touches. - Great shower & hair dryer, plenty of coat hangers and towels. Property is on a quiet road and although it’s not a huge place, it’s light and airy. Very responsive and helpful host. These are not negative as such, just things to bear in mind depending on your needs. Be mindful there are a 33 stairs if you have lots of luggage and the blinds let a lot of light in so you might want to pack an eye mask.
I had to ask the Host about the kitchen tap which requires an additional button to switch it on each time you use it. Fernando was very quick to respond and explained this little quirk which I got used to.
- Kim (5/5): - Walking distance to shop No internet and tv
- Jakub (9/5): - The room itself is really nice and spacious, but the bathroom is rather small (still no problem using it). The kitchen has all the basic things you might need to prepare something to eat. The area is wonderful and very quiet, but it takes only a few minutes to get to Holloway Road with its shops and public transport. We didn’t meet the host, but he was very responsive in the chat. The kitchen tap was a bit problematic (there’s a hidden button you need to press to use it — I’d never seen that model before and I’m not sure why anyone would install it). Apart from that, I can’t think of any other problems. I’d definitely stay there again.
- Chloe (6/5): - Great location and amenities Delayed check in as there were last minute repairs, pieces of ceiling on bed, towels, floor, and table. Light switches did not work, but host informed us to turn off at the mains

- Sarah (10/5): - The apartment was nice. There were a lot of grocery stores nearby. It was easy to get to the underground station Archway (15 minutes walk from the apartment). From there you can take the Northern line into the city.
- Águeda P. Granados C. (7/5): -
- Henry (10/5): Exceptional -
- Evangelos (2/5): Only one small step higher than a hostel - Good price . Decent location . No proper household equipment . Kitchen is unusable . No good insulation and heating .
- Gintarė (7/5): Good - The apartment is located in a very good location. If you travel in winter, be aware that it will be very cold in the apartment, as the windows are almost drafty. However, everything else is great for a short stay.
- Tereza (9/5): Everything you need for decent price with excellent host - Perfect host, location, everything we needed for short stay We could use two separate blankets instead of one big one.
- Paolo (6/5): the stay was pleasant, the location is quiet and peaceful, the staff wasn't supportive upon call - the stay was pleasant and the location of the apartment is quiet and peaceful, and isn't far from the main London attraction, tube and main train trucks. I had some problems (the toilet brush missing and the main heat radiator not working) and suddenly wrote to the tenant, he assured me the staff will address the issues asap, but nobody did.
- Parmida (1/5): Horrendous - Nothing about this stay was good. As someone who gave this place a 5 stars last year this one was terrible. Never stay here No towels. Mattress was on its last leg and horrendous communication from host. Walked onto construction right at the door. Loud all day after my long flight. So horrible. Dirty pillows and no shampoo or conditioner for our 4 day stay.not that close to central and for 180 pound a night this was absolutely horrendous no luggage hold. Even after communication with host they only dropped off towels and no duvet. Shower also has bad ventilation and stairs are too narrow to carry luggage.
- Bethanie (7/5): Good - Good location for exploring London. Plenty of space for two of us. Easy check in and clear instructions. Host was easy to reach and answered quickly. The blinds let a lot of light in which meant we were woken up very early, some blackout blinds would really help.
- Hanxiao (5/5): Passable -
- Utkarsh (8/5): Very good -
- Matt (3/5): Expected more comfort and service for what we paid - The possibility to park in the weekend without payment was fantastic. The mattress urgently needs replacing as it cost us a good night's sleep. The shower head was taped up to stop it leaking however there was more water hitting the shower wall than our heads. The window blinds do not block any light so as soon as the sun rised so did we. Reported the shower leaking however I did not receive a reply.
- Parmida (9/5): It was amazing overall. Cleanliness was a big plus for me.very cozy as well . - I loved my stay here
Amazing location and super clean
Process of check in was super easy and host was very kind and accommodating to my requests.
Thank you so much.
Would recommend staying here. I would recommend more toiletries for longer stays.
Stairs were difficult to get through with luggage as they are very narrow so be careful.
- Osariemen (7/5): Good -
