Guest Reviews
- Ambrose (9/5): It was thoroughly enjoyable. - It was close to train station, bus stops & safe to walk around. Nothing that I can think of.

- Hamdan (9/5): Really nice environment - Really organized and clean Just one of the beds was quite uncomfortable
- alexia (3/5): logement équipé de façon rudimentaire - non réponse à mes questions en amont de notre arrivée
logement sale (poubelle pleine et odorante), sol non lavé, présence de poils sur les draps, grille pain sale

- Leon (4/5): Location great, parking great, noise level great, property size perfect. Cleaning very poor b - Location, on road parking, close to train station, quiet neighbours Cleaning was very poor, we had to clean everything, host said he couldn't get the last guests to leave on time, made it stressful not knowing if we had somewhere to stay. Table and chairs was a camping out garden furniture set, wouldn't cost much to get. Decent set. Not enough plates, cups bowls for 4 people and only a couple of dirty and chipped glasses.
- Ese (10/5): Exceptional -
- Teigan (6/5): Pleasant - The flat was located in a nice area that was easy to access central London, which was a plus. Upon arrival I had picked up post delivered to the address so not sure if the host had been there to clean before we arrived. There were stains on the bed covers, the towels provided were also stained (only 4 towels provided for a group of 6) A burnt end of an incense stick was left on one of the bedroom floors and there were marks along the walls, including a hole which looked like someone had punched the back of the living room door. The accommodation houses 6 however there were only four mugs available for our group of six.
Communication with the host was another major issue. I messaged the day before check-in to ask about how key collection would work, and received no response. Then after trying to get in touch with them through Booking.com and calling numerous times, we still received no response despite check in only being 2 hours away. Ended with having to call booking.com and they had to contact the host.
- Jack (8/5): Very good - Great service from Patrick with very fast responses. The flat is also nice and a great price.
- Ibrahim (7/5): Good staying with value of money - Good apartment in a very quiet area
And Mr. Patrick was a great host with quick response
- Shazia (8/5): Very good - Everything. Maybe mattresses could be changed.
- Duncan (7/5): Great location for daytrips into London - Nicely priced house for my group. Close to the Brockley station for trips to the city centre. Free parking outside. One of the two-person beds was not suitable for 2 adults.
- Eszter (5/5): Passable - The apartment had some work done, it looks modern. The beds were comfortable. The tv was a smart tv. The kitchen was well equipped.. There was a lot of mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. The five of us logged in and there were not enough towels, or blankets. Some of the kitchen equipments were scratched.
- Paul (7/5): Good -
- Pedro (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (10/5): A very pleasant stay in a beautiful area just south of London’s core. - Place is great for a short term stay, short walk from Brockley station, and located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. My group of five fit comfortably. The host is very accommodating, there was a miscommunication about our booking and he was quick to address the issue and apologized profusely. There was four towels for our five guests.
- Falco000 (6/5): Pleasant -
- Olumide (9/5): Our (my family and I) stay at the property was seemless - The staffs are exceptional and the facilities is neat.
- Rufaro (4/5): Disappointed and dissatisfied with the property - Umm the property was in a good area close to the train station and shops. So 20/30 mins before check in the owner contacted me to come in later because the previous guest had checked out late and the house was not clean. This put a spanner on our plans and l was planning surprise birthday for my friend. Also we were already on our way. We waited outside the property for the cleaner to clean the property. The house was not even than clean, the shower curtain was flight so was the mats. On our first night hot water was not working and heater so we could not even shower when going to bed. The owner did come the next day to fix it. The bed was so uncomfortable. I am sorry l was disappointed with this property.
- Livia (8/5): Good place to stay for a family trip, easy to get into the heart of London from here. - The flat was about 10 min walk from Brockley station, close to amenities, the neighborhood is pleasantly multicultural, transport is great, the flat is rather nice, heated, quite spacious for the three of us. It was also quite well equipped, newly done-up and mostly clean, bedlinen nice and fragrant on the very soft bed. The locals are very friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay there on the whole. The host said that we would get the code for keysafe a day before arrival. I tried to reach him a day before departure through Booking, no response. From the airport I tried calling too, no response. From Stanstead I called again, he finally picked it up, and said that there is a problem, the current guest does not want to leave, but he can put me into another flat. I found it extremely unfair, we were their with our 8-year-old, not knowing where we would sleep....I said it was not what we bargained for, there is a reason we chose and paid for that place. Eventually it was resolved, we got the code....but it was nerve wrecking, really. On arrival we found the TV not working, sent a text, no answer....until the last day when we were told we should have communicated through Booking messages, that had been repeatedly ignored btw previously...However as the flat was good, I let it slide. But I guess being straightforward is essential, and I did not feel that:( When you book a place and pay in advance, it is not okay.
One more thing: there were a few clothing items left in the wardrobe which made me think that the cleaning was not very thorough, no wonder, if the previous guest was there at 11 am... and we arrived at 3 pm... And the double bed is VERY soft, not suitable for bigger persons imo.
Of course I called Booking a few times during this 'gettingthecode' business, they were very reassuring and eager to help, really appreciate their approach!
